When I arrived at the store, I realized that I had stayed there before. I checked and placed the order and it turned out that my name had been changed. The environment and services were pretty good. It was convenient to eat nearby, there were plenty of parking spaces, and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The hotel seems a bit old. The bath water is very small and the towels are very worn. Compared with the price of the package and holidays, it is a bit high.

Friends recommended to know this hotel, otherwise the room of more than 100 yuan will not be considered. After seeing the room, I was surprised. There were more than 100 rooms, not worse than the three or four hundred I usually lived in. The room was very clean as a whole, the decoration materials were thick, the facilities were relatively new, and the room manager service was in place. Almost responsive. Have the opportunity to come again, the living experience is very good.

The room is very big and clean, with super large floor-to-ceiling windows. The view of the Cao'e River from the 38th floor is very beautiful. We were given welcome fruits. Opposite the hotel is the trail along the river where you can take a walk. The lawn along the river can be used for camping with few people and it is very relaxing. The cleaning was not very timely. After pressing the cleaning button for more than 2 hours, there was no cleaning. The front desk and lobby services were good. The hotel hardware was also up to five-star standards. There was a heated swimming pool and a spa. The only thing I was not very satisfied with was the mediocre breakfast. Go Many of the late dishes were cold and needed to be strengthened.

GGuest UserThis homestay is really beyond expectations, the location is invincible, next to the Xuyi Art Museum, very close to Lu Xun's hometown and other attractions. The boss was very nice. He upgraded the room for us during the Spring Festival to make my parents live very comfortable. The room layout is one step at a time, and Xu Xun's paintings are very elegant. The homestay was built on the Taimen building. It has local characteristics, rich breakfast, different daily dishes, and the taste is very good. The sisters who received were attentive and smiling. Thank them for their warm hospitality. They will continue to punch in Shaoxing in the future. Five-star recommendation! ! !

GGerriLovely hotel located next to most popular old town street, Cangqiao Street. Also back of hotel is the labyrinth of lovely old waterways. It is set back from main street thru a narrow lane that car cannot access. However is a short lane where you can walk in easily. Or you can call up hotel to pick you up in their golf cart infront of Kong Yi Ji Restuarant on Cangqiao Street (only 5mins away). Breakfast spread is sufficient and delicious. Love my hotel room which is large with modern gadgets. I like to thank this hotel's front desk staff (sorry didnt get her name) who helped me in her off duty time at the side of the hot main street trying to solve my prebooked taxi to Ningbo. The didi rid hailing driver somehow went to wrong pickup address and refuse to budge which eventually i have to cancel it. This wonderful young lady used her mobile app to book my ride cos my app just can't work anymore. A note on the didi linked to Alipay or wechat, very frustrating experience for a foreigner. It will work fine initially then later keep asking for a new credit card input to proceed. Does not work with the new credit card too. Do setup other rid hailing app. besides didi. My Ningbo taxi driver said to call this taxi phone no. 95128 in china (standard no. used in whole of china) to get a taxi, but i have yet to try it out.

The lobby decoration style is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the disposable toiletries are very useful, the bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast has many types and is complete, and it is delicious. The surrounding environment is also good. I look forward to staying there next time.

GGuest UserThe Oriental Grand hotel is part of a complex which includes 3 theme parks. One indoor mountain park, one indoor water park, and one large outdoor theme park. The parks were fun for our toddler. Call in advance to see which parts of the park are open/closed for the season. The hotel and facilities are designed for kids, so expect lots of them to be around! We stayed for 3 nights during the October Golden Week but the hotel was not overly busy, nor was the theme park. The breakfast was solid with mostly Chinese options but Western options as well. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the buffet dinner. Other food options in the area are quite limited, and the food in the parks is pretty poor. We were a 20-40 minute taxi ride away from other major attractions in the city, like Daxianglin and the giant buddha, as well as some of the ancient towns. The rooms were clean and new, and we had an excellent view of the nightly fireworks show from the main theme park, even from the bathtub! The rooms were quiet at night and the blackout curtains allowed everyone to sleep in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall I would recommned this hotel to people seeking quiet and comfort during a theme-park trip.

GGuest UserGot there around CNY eve, so things were a bit on the quiet side. Parking was a bit chaotic at first with cars parked all along the entrance, it was not clear where to park until I went inside and asked. Check in was quick and to my pleasent surprise the checkin agent Gary spoke English very well. He was extemely helpful and and accomodating. He even explained that breakfast would be included because of CNY. The hotel was very clean, room was clean. The hotel is at a very good location, central to many important areas in Shaoxing. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Check out was simple and the overnight parking fee was taken care by the hotel. Overall, the hotel has the quality, look and feel that you would expect from a Holiday Inn brand hotel. Would definitely recommend and will rebook in the future. Many families with kids too. Please note if traveling around CNY, certain restaurants etc may be closed for the holiday.

The software is basically not bad, sent a day of breakfast, every night there is mung bean soup white fungus, the basic service is good. The traffic is more convenient, Shaoxing North Station is convenient for public transportation, and the bus station is downstairs, and it is convenient to buy things. However, the front desk is not familiar with the train station line in the district, which is a bit unexpected. It is recommended to add more training in the future. Overall satisfactory. I think the Super 8 is good.

GGabor87The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD
