I am so disgusted with this BAITHANS hotel in Dubai that I am writing my first review . Although I had a confirmation with *********** that stated it would be an early morning check in because my flight arrived at 1 a.m., the hotel began mailing me at 9 pm saying they couldn't guarantee my room because I wasn't there yet . I booked the room because it guaranteed a spa bath which I required for a medical condition only to find on arrival that it was a regular bathtub . NO hot water, NO sea view as featured for that room, NO refrigerator which was promised in writing , NO dining table also promised . The glass shower wall was removed so that water just sprayed all over the bathroom.Little black bugs crawling on the carpets.NO towels ( they brought some after I complained ). Absolutely filthy walls and carpets smeared with food and who knows what . The staff was nice but this place is a dump. Do. not trust BAITHANS HOTELS
