The place was very splendid and luxurious in the first place. As for the treatment, it was the best thing about the place. Хороший отель для 4*. Из плюсов хорошее расположение, вход в море (их два, один на пляже пологий песчаный неглубокий, второй прямо из отеля, но зайти только в кораллках можно потому что камни и риф, но зато там рыб разных побольше).Лежаки свободные есть всегда и на море, и у бассейна. Все находится рядом. Обслуживание в ресторане и барах без замечаний, ресторан из двух залов состоит, с видом на море нам улице и закрытый с кондиционером. Делают вкусные коктейли, пиво из бутылок наливают (что редкость для большинства отелей). При уборке номера нам делали забавные фигуры из полотенец (мы оставляли чаевые). Хорошо помогала по возникающим вопросам менеджер Оксана, она сама подходит в ресторане и интересуется все ли нормально. Из минусов громкая музыка от дискотеки по вторникам и пятницам на соседнем пляже, но конкретно нам не мешала. Кто спит чутко, то или беруши или не в этот отель. Анимации дневной нет вообще, вечерняя- или просто музыка играет, или приглашают артистов. Для отдыха с детьми не подходит. Для спокойного отдыха и релакса.

Do NOT stay here unless you wish to be woken at 12:30am several times a week by the rave across the road. It lasts for a couple of hours. Swim up bar? Have yet to find this facility. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful but the amenities are not as described and the reviews that I read online before booking are inaccurate. We booked this hotel as we had stayed here a few years ago. Very disappointe. There is no wonder the hotel is virtually empty

Приятно были удивлены этим отелем. Ну начнём наверное с ресепшн....заселили нас примерно в 7 вечера...очень приятный молодой человек на ресепшине угостил вкусным соком, объяснил в двух словах где пляж, где ресторан, ну и все остальное. Заселились в номер 130 с видом на море ( шикарный номер). В номере убирали каждый день....всё чисто,убрано, шампунь,гель для душа всё было добавлено по мере необходимости. Еда и ресторан. Еда вкусная и разнообразная, очень приветливый персонал. Спасибо Махмуд....очень позитивный работник ( настроение поднимал на все 100%)this is hi from wi-fi 😁 Работники ресторана всегда спрашивали все ли нормально....столы засервированы....напитки приносят...всегда улыбаються. Анимации на территории отеля нету...но шоу всё таки бывают. Пляж шикарный...есть шезлонги...бар...опять же приветливый персонал и просто крутая отмосфера. Отель шикарный...всё есть и очень всё удобно. Так же хотелось бы отметить guest relation Марина. Спасибо за вашу работу и за то что вы делаете для гостей. Очень понравилось тут...надеемся в скором времени мы опять с вами увидимся!!!!

The best hotel.ever in Namaa Bay , very closed go the beach , the rooms is cleaned every day , and the entertainment is very nice , also we you can make shopping so easier and it is 5 minutes from the hotel to Namaa Bay center , we are so happy with our first time and we will come back .
