停車方便，坐船上島。環境不錯！
晚上別害怕，外面的叫聲是孔雀！
不大好的地方：
1.接待員不幫忙拿行李；
2.房間有點小而老舊；
3.餐廳小貴。

酒店位置非常獨特，環境很好！服務水準也很不錯！ 酒店裡偶遇孔雀，也是很驚喜！新安江的風景就展現在酒店的山腳下。是一次很難忘的景區入住。適合放緩腳步，小住幾日。

地理位置綿潭村黨羣服務中心湖對面，有擺渡船，自駕可以考慮，公共出行不太建議，實在偏遠真實實際的居住感受，首先環境絕對小眾化，（地理位置比較偏僻，但是民宿所處位置的周邊環境那絕對是度假的不二之選），首先呢當天入住，本以為有管家帶着船伕來接，結果沒有，管家是三請四邀才到酒店門口的碼頭接人，行李也不幫忙拿一下，説還有下午茶，結果沒有，提前致電確認是否有泳池，是否可以用，都説可以，但是到了之後泳池説是在消殺（下雨天消殺這不是扯犢子嗎，即使是消殺，為什麼酒店的管家沒有接到通知，酒店管理明顯有問題,顯然這是在敷衍我），其次入住之後發現酒店半夜一點吃的都沒有，前台連泡麪都沒有，確實是酒店佔著很好的資源，但是服務質量用極差來評論，建議大家慎重考慮，我的房間是（聽雨）。

服務挺好，會提前聯繫並且發送詳細的注意事項。店家會安排船坐到對岸，上山小走一會。民宿也有餐廳，提前點菜比較齊全。魚都很新鮮，雜魚鍋很贊，入味，鮮美。地理位置很獨特，擁有一個小島。
