We travel a lot, but this worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Absolutely pathetic. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation in a real 4* hotel, then avoid this place. The hotel has become old, the rooms smell bad now, AC isn’t working on reception, corridors and bedroom, mold in bathroom, dirty windows, poor wifi..When you pay this amounts for an stay you seek for another level of service, attitude and guest support, quality and of course at least, working AC in the bedroom for a nice sleep. Because of all mentioned above we left the hotel at the day of arrival and hotel didn’t return any amount to us….

We stayed in August there. It was very hot. But AC didn’t work at the reception area. Slow check-in because of poor wifi. Our “superlux” was the next disappointment: AC didn’t cool in the bedroom at all, mold in bathroom, dirty windows, wifi signal disappeared. Management didn’t resolve the issue with AC and we left the hotel. No refund received. Waisted money and time there.

It’s not 4* at all! The hotel is overpriced and outdated. Very poor wifi and bad customer service. If you can see AC there it doesn’t mean it’s in working condition. We visited the hotel in August when it was very hot…but AC didn’t work neither on reception area no in our bedroom. When we complaining administrator said “it’s ok, everywhere is like that, in all our rooms”….Dirty windows, mole in bathroom, not working AC, hot everywhere in the hotel..everything for 180$ per day! Wasting money and time! Ruined vacation.. Avoid this hotel!
