2-Star Hotels in Shenandoah

I have stayed in Shenandoah several times in several different motels, this one is so far the best value, it has nice amenities, furnishing and things are used and slightly worn, but so many of them and they are still nice. I will stay here from now on every time I have to stay in Shannondoah

The staff is not nice

Room was clean Shower pressure was VERY Low, window shade would not open more than 10 inches and pillows were extremely thin. Breakfast was good and morning attendant made small scones that were pastry shop quality! Very Good! Quite a treat. :)

The hotel experience was marked by a check-in inconvenience due to a system outage, extending the process beyond the expected time. While I empathize with the staff's frustration, their cold demeanor added to the frustration. Despite this, the stay itself was satisfactory, with clean facilities and good amenities. Unfortunately, the unfriendly demeanor persisted during checkout, diminishing the overall experience.

This hotel is a treasure. I'm so glad I found it.I will never going anywhere else. Modern an# comfortable. Breakfast served daily. You could eat there weeks and not eat the same thing twice. Dinner too!! Cocktail as well. Management team.. Well Done! John
