WoW! What an amazing place to stay! I took my wife to the Island for her Birthday and was looking for an affordable and cute place. QingWu Fisherman's Hostel did not disappoint! The owner and his girlfriend were so kind and welcoming. He helped me find the correct Ferry station to travel to the Shengshan island and gave us tons of information and advice for living and traveling on the island. Like taking the bus instead of taxis because the taxis are very expensive. The Hostel also has a bar and restaurant area that is extremely cute and pleasant to be at. We ate Lunch and Dinner at the Hostel every day because the food was absolutely divine. My wife does not eat spicy food and the host was kind enough to alter the dishes. The room itself was an absolute pleasure to stay in. When we arrived at the room the air conditioning had already been put on and the room was nice and cool considering the soaring heat outside. We spent most mid-days in the room to escape the heat and take a nap. The evenings we spent on the deck watching the sunset and drinking beer and wine. It truly felt like home. If I go back to the island, I'll definitely stay there again. 1000% recommend.

Located in Slow life town. Maybe I was not at the right time but i faced the situation where all shops and restaurants were closed and I was struggling with getting food. The beach is pretty close to hotel ( 7 min walk) but also was unable for visiting. The hotel room was nice and clean and staff was so helpful however there were no towels in my room :(
