現場的酒店名字已經改成雷迪森了，據説平台上下個月才能改過來。總體感覺一般，和定海的雷迪森不能比，目前更像一個個人賓館，沒有連鎖酒店標準的那感覺。早餐廳，一個服務員全程坐着刷**，外放的聲音很響，退房時，前台一個人都沒有，衞生間也打掃不夠仔細。希望酒店有一個大的進步。

不滿意，門頭是雷迪森酒店，不是海怡大酒店。早餐牛奶變質的。房間也不大。不值500塊一晚。和200一晚的連鎖酒店沒啥太大區別

預訂的時候，看到2種房型，預訂的是其中貴的是落地窗的房間，結果入住發現不是落地窗，房間也不大，感覺被騙了。問前台説是房間重新裝修了。門頭也不是海怡大酒店的門頭，是雷迪森酒店，搞不明白為什麼。早飯8點多過去的基本沒什麼菜了，讓阿姨多下了幾碗餛飩，她就不願意了説每人限量的。如果有別的可口的菜，我們會一直吃餛飩嗎？牛奶也是變質的。反正總體體驗不好。

非常不錯的酒店。離碼頭10分鐘，就在鎮中心。周邊吃飯購物非常方便。酒店早餐豐盛，房間乾淨衞生。下次來嵊泗還會選這裏。

酒店改名了，有點難找，前台服務不錯，酒店衞生堪憂，進去以後馬桶沒有刷沒有沖，兩瓶水有一瓶是開動的，我衹是過渡一晚，也就沒有多囉嗦了，就這樣吧
