不知道是不是生意不景氣的原因，之前的給我的不錯的酒店，讓人感覺很遺憾，入往房間第一眼看見衞生間地面有一大片水，叫來服務員，也説不清地面上有水是什麼原因，建議我們換個房間，新的房間衞生間換氣扇不工作，熱水器水温達不到洗澡的温度，叫來師傅查看，也沒有解決，師傅説可能是這個房間熱水器的問題，又建議換個房間，結果師傅去找了整個酒店空房間，洗澡水温度都是不達標，無奈之下，我們衹能遷就地住了二個夜晚，酒店也沒有向我們道歉之類的話語，讓我們很失望，如果這家酒店不認真改進服務設施和服務態度，我們今後將不會考慮入住這家酒店。

5.1假日出遊，紹興新昌價格太貴了，折中選了這家酒店（匯銀賓館），沒想到200多酒店衞生環境條件這麼好（非常棒），而且還是5.1假期哦，價格實惠，前台很有禮貌，住宿條件優越（本來不報任何期望，現實給我們一種非常好的印象）.
