酒店環境真的沒得説，房間也大，層高也很高。設施裝修真的是沒得説的。
但是！我們預訂的時候有延遲退房這個服務可選，14點退房。結果客房服務12點半就來敲門了，説到時間了，説節假日房源比較緊張。既然這樣，那可以不用提供延遲退房這個服務啊😅你不提供那我也會12點前退房的，這樣直接敲門催別人退房真的影響別人休息。
酒店一樓是沒有前台的，記得打電話讓前台幫你按電梯樓層。你才能上樓。

住過不少酒店，但第一次給酒店評價。此酒店環境非常好，強烈推薦入住。隔壁就是他們家的温泉洗浴中心，房間面積很大，衞生很乾凈，房子內飾精緻典雅，早餐可選種類很多，家人都很滿意，還是智能馬桶。期待下次有機會再來嵊州體驗下該酒店温泉。

酒店裝修非常豪華，雖然窗子很小但給了我很不錯的居住體驗，給我感覺有4星級那麼舒服，前台服務很不錯，還可以喝茶。下次來嵊州我就認準住這裏了，電梯需要打電話給前台就可以上來了。

有二個門頭，一個酒店一個洗浴中心。酒店前台沒人，電梯不會上行，電梯關門有異響。去洗浴中心找，洗浴中心前台答案回酒店進電梯，電梯上升由他們內部控制，他們會打電話通知酒店前台開電梯。又跑酒店進電梯沒反應，又打電話通知酒店前台按電梯上行。訂的二個房間，5點多到的酒店還有一個房間沒有打掃，説好的打掃好了通知，結果還得自己跑去問。拿到房卡也不能控制電梯上行，回酒店就必須打電話通知前台按電梯。
