This is an old hotel that has not been renovated for a long time. Although it is listed as 4 stars, it has not been redecorated and the facilities are dilapidated (see picture), and the overall level is far inferior to that of a convenient hotel. Although the hotel provides free breakfast, some items need to be paid for separately and the variety is very limited. The air conditioner is broken and has to rely on electric fans to cool down. The socket is broken and has to be powered by a power *****. There is no tea, no paper and pen,... The elevator is noisy, and there are sundries (iron wire) in the free breakfast. Under the sign of 4 stars, it deceives and defrauds consumption. It is planned to inquire about the authenticity of the 4 stars from the relevant competent authorities. ……

Great experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!! Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted. Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it. Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

The location is very good, two subway lines exchange stations, barrier-free straight ladders are up, across the road is a big shopping mall and supermarket, shopping is convenient. Barbecue across the road is good, there are many people in line. The hotel room is not big, but enough. I booked a large and small family room. I didn't expect to have one room left in the store. I also chose three single beds. It is recommended to book two connections. I can have two beds for one big and one small. I didn't expect to call in advance to reserve. Shenyang is quite big. It takes an hour from the hotel to Taoxian Airport by subway. The subway is still on time. It is too far to get a taxi. There are two stops to the Forbidden City, Grand Shuai Mansion, Zhongjie, etc.

The hotel is newly opened, the rooms are small but the equipment is very practical. The soundproofing is a little bit inferior...the location is good, there are many restaurants in the surrounding shopping malls, and it is very close to the Zhongjie City Hall Hang Lung Shopping Center. There are many restaurants downstairs, and there are also many snack bars. Parking can be parked at the entrance of the hotel opposite, or on the small road behind the hotel, there are paid parking spaces capped by 25 oceans.

The hotel is located between the two major shopping malls of Huafu and Zhuozhan, and is close to the National Palace Museum, Shaoshuai Mansion, Old Taipei City, etc. The location is good. The hotel service is very good. We asked for children's slippers and paper towels, and they were replenished immediately. The breakfast variety is not rich, and there are fewer Western-style snacks. Stayed for three days. The lady on the night shift at the front desk was enthusiastic. The room was cleaned up very clean. The newly opened shopkeeper made a clean and stylish layout. The location is good. It’s a 5-minute walk from Exit A of the Qingnian Street subway station. The wifi is fast and the TV can be casted. There are a lot of delicious food near the supermarket on the left side of the door. During the three days of staying here, I personally feel that the water valve sealing rubber ring in the wash room on the first floor should not be installed properly. When the valve is opened, the sound is loud and can be heard in the room. It is recommended to replace it.
