The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, the living is comfortable, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic, very active, personally feel that the price is high, the price is not expensive at all, the accommodation environment is much better than the same price of the hotel, the service attitude is standardized, it is recommended, There are a lot of things to eat nearby, a few hundred miles from the subway station, it is very convenient to travel.

Vegetarian, this is a good review. I am satisfied with the experience of staying in this hotel. The facilities are very complete. When I checked in, the young man took the initiative to hand me tea. As a country bumpkin who just came to Shenzhen, I was really flattered! I asked where to go for fun and he introduced me to the famous attractions in Shenzhen in detail. It's a pity that the weather has not been very good these days. Haha. The location of the hotel is also good. There are also food and entertainment around, and the transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this Vienna hotel is very cost-effective at this price, and the stay experience is great. The customer service was top notch, check in and out process was smooth! The room was nice and exactly the same as the picture posted. Hotel also provided free usage of the mini bar.

Extended stay at this hotel. Metro and bus stops very close by. Good variety of shops and malls in the area. Beautiful park across the opposite side of the intersection for walks or running. Evening entertainment from the dancers and then the street markets across the road . Very enjoyable stay. There is some construction going on next door but it did not cause any issues.

The apartment is smaller than in the pic, however it's very clean, also the staff are very nice and efficient, the snacks on the table are very sweet! The location is 15 mins walk away from shopping mall which is acceptable too.

This apartment has a good location. Very near Yannan metro station. Close to restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket at the basement. The receptionist lady is friendly but can not speak english. We had a nice stay.

The staff at Atour Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Diwang, especially Ruo Guan, provided outstanding service during our stay. From a friendly greeting at check-in to arrangements for luggage storage when taking an excursion to Hong Kong, the staff was exceptional and efficient in meeting our every need. We chose this hotel because of its central location in Shenzhen, and found it to be very conveniently located near Grand Theatre Subway Station and a variety of neighborhood shops and two large shopping malls all within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also made use of the hotel's self-service guest laundry which was a much welcomed amenity during our two week vacation.

Great location, right by the Shenzhen railway station and the Hong Kong border so it’s perfect for those travelling. Food at the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor was superb, and the breakfast buffet was also good despite the cereal being stale, which was a shame. Other than that everything was satisfactory 👍🏻

I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!
