Quite a mixed bag with the hotel. I went with my girlfriend and we had a good enough time. PROS- good view (from our room at least), comfortable bed, great water pressure on the showers, clean enough (although a little bit dusty in some spots). CONS - This seems to be a place more geared toward big group/team building trips and families, nothing wrong with that, just an FYI. So While this place is theoretically quiet, big groups there made it quite noisy at times and there was construction nearby that started around 7:45 am both mornings we were there. The windows in our room didn't open, which was kind of a bummer. There's also a sort of family/kids theme to everything that makes the place a bit odd but that's not really a con. The breakfast was not included for some reason even though the room price was over 400 CNY per night, we considered just paying for the breakfast (it's only 20 CNY) but when we looked at what was available we decided to skip it. I would consider staying here again if there was a good deal available, but i was definitely not in love with the place.

It was our first time to visit Dapang Fortress and we decided to stay one night there so that we could have more time to tour around. The hotel is located right near the South Gate entrance/public car park. I must mention that the hotel rooms are all very specially decorated with different themes (e.g. Western style, European style, Japanese style, etc.). The one we stayed is Greece room at the top level. The owner is very kind and pleasant lady. We shopped and had dinner at the Fortress. As there were quite crowded at daytime and evening, so we decided to tour the same place in next day morning and there were much less visitors and we could take more beautiful photos.

I came here alone with my one and a half year old daughter to relax. I chose to stay in this B&B for four nights. The brothers and sisters in the B&B took good care of us. The sanitary environment was clean, and the service details were very thoughtful and heartwarming. The biggest worry when taking a baby out is the diet. The B&B includes breakfast, which is rich and nutritious. It also arranged afternoon tea for us. My daughter liked it very much. It was very nutritious. In addition, the sister invited us to eat the kiln chicken that had been on CCTV. The taste was amazing. This service was really heartwarming and touching. Living in this B&B is very comfortable and warm. I am very lucky to find such a good B&B. My daughter and I are very happy🥳
