到前台辦理入住，問前台可以免費升級房型嗎，冷漠來了一句升級不了，姐上大學的就是學習酒店管理，出來工作也做了幾年！遇到這種服務態度，我也是挺震驚，服務態度非常差，上到房間，打開電視屏幕是花的，沒有任何畫面，打電話叫前台讓工程部過來看看，在房間等了一會，沒人過來，收拾東西下去換了一間房，好了，前台詢問房間有什麼問題，我們説不想要這房間，她還在繼續追問我們為什麼不要……第二次換到這房間空調吵得跟個發動機一樣，午覺沒有睡好，晚上兩點多也才睡的着，不換一個酒店是因為太累了，加上節假日房間緊張，不然不會稀罕你這個房間衹有巴掌大小的酒店，所有的服務態度一樣都沒做到位，進來不向顧客問好，沒有微笑服務，沒有告知顧客訂單含不含早，幾點退房……差極了
