The room is very big. The reason for booking is because there is a bathtub for taking a bath, and there are bath salts and rose petals. The room can be used for washing clothes, and there are laundry beads. However, the WiFi is not very good. The socket is a bit slow for some unknown reason, but I usually use it. It comes with the same type of wires and converters, and the two USBs on the bedside are useless! We live in a family room and want to get multiple room cards. There are two options, 1. Electric card (can only be placed in the room to maintain power) 2. Spare room card that can only open the door 3 times. It cannot be used again after 3 times. I really don’t understand why there is such a design😅. Maybe we checked in too late, so we didn’t use any services. Since we were in a trip book room in the morning, we could delay check-out until 2 o’clock. I called the front desk to apply. Delayed, the front desk said it can be extended to 2:30, so I said thank you 😊. When we checked out, the front desk said that because the hotel delayed us by another half hour, we must give a 5-star rating, ⚠️⚠️ Otherwise, we have to make up for the extra half hour The price difference ⚠️⚠️, I really want to say why I didn’t explain it clearly beforehand.
