地毯的味道很潮很臭，像是剛洗完的臭抹布的味道，酒店給的説法是剛洗完地毯所以才會有這個味道，但是，洗完之後看着還是很臟，不知道地毯上是撒過什麼東西。

房間牙刷牙膏都沒放，我急着趕飛機牙都沒刷，去前台開票説下午開，結果第二天都沒開，問了才告訴我係統升級暫時來不了，問他什麼時候開也不知道，這是我體驗最差勁的一家酒店，而且今天都第三天了發票也沒開，也沒有一個合理的回覆，嚴重影響我的工作

房間很大，設施也還算可以，在深圳這個價格也算是很高的性價比了，早餐一般情況，服務還是蠻好，很熱情也很周到。唯一不太滿意的就是牆角長了小蘑菇，有點意思。
