凌晨一點多到店，前台沒有工作人員，等了好幾分鐘才有工作人員過來，當我表示有些不快的時候，工作人員一副無所謂的態度，説公司就安排我一人上班我也沒辦法。

1. 房間下水堵了，洗完澡水漫金山，直接從廁所漫到房間地板上，連洗手池下邊的地漏都是堵的。。。
2. 提前快一週預訂的酒店價格居然比當天預訂價格貴了一倍不止，我還以為這地方真的那麼好賣呢，虛假營銷割韭菜
3.以上這些問題都可以接受，不能接受的是處理問題的方式，酒店前台經理查看後，讓保潔來進行現場清潔。。。一搞就搞很久（半個小時以上），此時已是凌晨，酒店房間清潔衞生沒做好本就是不對，換個房間就能解決的事情偏要讓住客等待清潔，清潔過程不忍直視。。。體驗非常不好，所以最後去前台強烈要求換房間。
