首先登記入住沒有清晰知道怎樣辦理入住，終於連繫到屋主才能入住
最大問題是房間衛生問題，廁所時時傳出陣陣的臭味，廚房有四五隻曱甴（有有圖為證）
廁所沒有乾濕分離，並且太細了，站立後已經不能動，所以洗澡有困難，而床架上發出聲音，令到不能入睡
所以我不會再入住次公寓
