I saw this Shenzhen Bay Beiyou Yifei Hotel on Ctrip 🕸️, and it had a lot of good reviews, so I booked this hotel. This was my first time staying at Shenzhen Bay Beiyou Yifei Hotel. I was a little disappointed when I saw the small service desk when I first entered the door, but the enthusiastic service of the waiter Zhou Zhou made me feel happy and warm. We didn't arrive at the hotel until 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, but Zhou Zhou checked in quickly. Seeing that we were older, he upgraded our room and introduced us to the dining time of the restaurant where we stayed. He was very enthusiastic and patient. Other waiters helped us adjust the TV and added wife, who were very responsible. In addition, this hotel has a lot of breakfast varieties, very rich, with both Chinese and Western food. It is a very good hotel.

The facilities are very complete, even disposable bathtub covers are provided. The environment is very beautiful and full of small details. There is a roof garden and a small yard on the first floor with elegant furnishings. Miss sister service is very good. Very polite and not overly enthusiastic. I like to come again.

Rode out to Yantian on my bike and arrived here for the second time. Covid restrictions make travelling anywhere in China difficult right now but the guy behind the desk was patient, friendly and extremely helpfull throughout the convoluted check-in process. Nice room (a few stray hairs - but otherwise clean) and a great location for restaurants and walking/cycling along the coast. Recommended!
