Hotels in Shenzhen North Railway Station, Shenzhen

Stayed here for a night with family due catch the railway to Guangzhou on next day. Pullman hotel just located right next to Shenzhen north station, which very convenient for us. Hotel room was very clean Asked for special request from hotel, celebrated my wedding anniversary here. Thank you Jenny for her great hospitality. We had a special and unforgettable stays here! Will back for sure!

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. They have me a quiet room and that night on my floor the AC heating didnt work and I felt a little cold. They offered to move me to another room or provide another quilt. This is quite thoughtful. The service was also speedy, I didn’t wait very long at all. I do think this place is in a good location 河马 supermarket is nearby, so is the night market and two metro stations. Really easy to get around. For the price I paid that night, it was definitely worth it.

Please don’t have the taxi take you to the “Orange” hotel; you will end up in another hotel! Instead find the Pomelo Hotel in Apple maps for the correct hotel location. There is a small walking street near by with lots of dinning options. There is a nice mall (with international food options) a couple of minutes away. The hotel itself is new and neat. There are some ventilation issues which makes it impossible not to smell other guests smoking in their rooms (although prohibited). But after staying in ＞6 different hotel all over china I guess its a common Chinese thing (ignoring the hotels non-smoking policy). Hotel could not provide wine glasses nor bucket with ice. Employees don’t speak English (but as always the translation app gets you where you need to be in terms of conversation)

Great location, very clean. The staffs were very helpful. But the in house phone charger required to login and watch an ad first before I can charge my phone which is very strange.

Overall it is worth staying again. The room is clean and not small. The bed is 1.8 meters long and very spacious. The bedding is very comfortable to sleep on. There is a robot responsible for takeout, which is very convenient overall. The front desk lady Xiao Yang and Xiao Tang are very attentive and polite ~ Breakfast is a KFC set meal. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenzhen!

Been to Shenzhen few times but my 1st stay with Atour group, very impressed with their excellent staff services especially from front desk staff 嘉叻, 辛染and 浅柔 . They take the initiative to help with my luggages and being very helpful during my stay. The housekeeping Auntie 布依 who is very detailed in room cleaning. They have made our stay feel so cozy and home. I have decided to stay with their Atour group in Shunde after this stay experience. Will recommend the hotel to family and friends who is coming to Shenzhen. Look forward to return for my next trip stay in Shenzhen again.

Overall satisfied, but was a little bit disappointed that the kitchen was not usable. Many restaurants within 2 minutes walk including Starbucks and McDonalds. Outlet shopping center with many brand names and a pharmacy. Would stay again. PROs: - very close to Shenzhen Bei Station - relatively clean CON's - super hard & uncomfortable mattress - stove did not work and no kitchen amenities are provided

I stayed in this hotel and had a good experience. The hotel is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and it is equipped with a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. You can wear clothes directly after washing. The hotel staff has a very good service attitude and will answer any questions and meet any requests. It is very close to Shenzhen North, and it is very convenient for travel in all aspects. It is very cost-effective and worth a visit.

Great location as the HSR ShenzhenBei Station is located just behind the Hotel Building, whereby one could take a lift to 3rd level which is ＜150m from the hotel, and then walk another 200m to HSR station main entrace. As this is an apartment hotel, so basic provisions are there such as 4 sets of slippers, tootbrushes, towels, kettle, washing machine, fridge, etc. Cleanliness of bedsheets are well-maintained, and we only had 2 minor comments, i.e., 1) Hotwater heater which took a little while (＜1.5min) to get heat up; and 2) Toilet entrance metal sliding door was rather too heavy and may have to slide slowly to close it. Generally, our 1 night stay was considered good.

I stayed in this hotel because it’s close to the train station, 10 minutes walking. The hotel is very clean, nice smell, big room, very comfortable bed, lots of clean towels, bathrobes. Very very nice. The breakfast was mainly Chinese, not too much of a choice if you want a western one-for me it’s not a big deal. You have to ask a stuff to make you coffee, the coffee machine is behind the counter. In the advertising they mention a mini bar which is too embarrassing-some cookies and coke-better not to mention.
