First time to stay in Hyatt Place and promoted to a newly renovated room at a high level floor. It’s very tidy and clean especially the lighting in room is very bright which made me feel comfortable. When I first stepped into the hotel the receptionist gave me a passionate service whose name is Rebecca Zhao. She greeted me with a hotel gift because it’s so coincidentally that April 8 is Hyatt Place 8th anniversary. Feel very comfortable in Hyatt Place though just one night. Will pick it as my accommodation when I am traveling to Shenzhen. In near future.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant, though my booking was for a room with a city view, I was given one with a view of the hotel corridors. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly and tried to communicate with me regardless of the language barrier. I had a connecting flight that night, so I only spent a few hours in the hotel. The location is convenient.

We stayed here for a night between flights. It was a great. The facilities were clean and smelled fresh. The rooms were big and a fantastic value for the price. The bed was comfortable and the massage chair, the dimming lights, and the sleep sounds were a nice bonus. The breakfast buffet was adequate and filling and excellent for the price. There is even some gym cardio equipment on the second floor. Overall it was comfortable, relaxing and an exceptional value.

The living facilities around the hotel are good, and the transportation is very convenient, just beside the No. 1 subway exit. The staff at the front desk of the hotel are warm and thoughtful, reminding you that you can drop off the airport for free. The rooms are large and spacious, but appear empty. The hotel facilities are outdated, the floor carpets are very old, and the room facilities can be seen to have been renovated, but the decoration is very rough. The hotel supplies are also very bad, no tea, no bathrobes, the most speechless is that the bath towels are not only very old, but also have a big hole in them, and they are still used by guests. I will not choose this store again next time.

Absolutely amazing stay. One night before flying out. Had the afternoon tea and it was delicious. Excellent staff and service. From terminal short walk to hotel from exit 16 from arrivals hall and then to third floor there is a walking brindle between airport and hotel.
