Paul was exceptionally kind. The hotel has two locations. Single bed lofts are in building 8 and two bed lofts are in building 5. When I arrived late, the transfer service was unavailable, so he walked me to the next building. It was just a five minute walk, but I appreciate the kind service. In the building of my loft, I didn't understand how to turn on the heat, so a young lady at the front desk walked me to my room and showed me how to use the air remote controller. The included breakfast was from KFC and is hung on your doorknob at 7am. Also, the hotel I stayed in is a 40 floor residential building with lofts being rented out for guest. Very quiet. Super comfortable bed. Hot water. Free milk and coconut milk. Towels. Wash clothes. Hand towels. Hot water kettle. USB outlet. And it in Cloud Park which has countless food options and coffee shops. Manor, Starbucks, KFC, MsDonalds, KFC, and an amazing new place service western food. Tequeiro, 2nd floor of building 8 (main hotel building). Overall, a great visit! Food pics from Tequeiro.

The overall hardware facilities are good, but the management is really not flattering. It was almost 7:00 p.m. when we arrived at the hotel. There was no clean room, so we couldn't check in right away. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the aunt to clean it right away. The room had a slightly unpleasant smell presumably due to the haste of cleaning. The room assigned to my colleague had no wardrobe, just a simple shelf. In addition, none of the gifts displayed in the reservation on Ctrip. I have high expectations from the hotel reviews before booking. I can only say that there are still many details to be improved. I believe that the hotel also has some objective reasons. This experience is considered unlucky.

We booked a duplex two-story two-bedroom double bed in Bangtuomeino Executive Apartment. The hotel is located in Phase 5 of Kaisa Central Plaza, about5-10 minutes from Exit A of Xuexiang Station. It belongs to a private house. There are schools nearby. There are convenience stores and restaurants around the house. The apartment is clean and tidy, with an open kitchen and rice cooker, kitchenware, washing machine and washing powder for easy cooking. However, there are no tea bags, coffee bags and soap. The rubber slippers are not packaged and used. It is not a disposable paper slippers from the hotel. It is recommended to bring your own. Just cleaned the room by the middle bed, and slept comfortably 😌 Booking this apartment is mainly convenient to play in Wanda Plaza Part Day at South China City Subway Station. Please pay attention to if you plan to play on weekdays and nights. The snow elephant station tail shuttle bus leaves at 11 pm. If you miss the tail shuttle, you have to consider other traffic or call a car.

Extremely surprise by their top notch service. Reached drenched because the Didi driver insisted to drop us by the roadside when it's pouring heavily. One of the reception lady in duty actually came running out to fetch us into lobby with the umbrellas in the heavy rain and helped us with our luggages. Upon stepping into the hotel, we were served with refreshing ice drinks. Upon completion of checkin and unpacking, the reception lady came knocking on our room door with 2 hot tea for us quoting ”you are both drenched so please take some ginger tea in case you catch a cold” Such an awesome touch and gesture that can be do without but they did anyway. Hotel room is also good. One of the best hotel i have been to, especially in China. Amenities were of good quality which is better than some 5 stars international hotel. Free laundry (6pc) per day is a bonus especially we were drenched and needed a laundry service. Loaning of umbrella require a deposit of 50RMB/unit but was returned immediately on Alipay after returning. We're just amazed and will definitely return to stay with them.

The hotel has excellent facilities. It's clean and modern. However, the staff seems to speak very basic English or no English at all. It was frustrating to spend so much time to communicate anything to them. However, I must say, all of them did their best to try to understand me and they in the end satisfied all of my requests. It just took time. The breakfast provided seemed to have many options but mostly for Chinese cuisine. I would appreciate more international cuisine options. The location worked fine for me but it's pretty far away from downtown.

This is our fourth stay here. It is convenient for us to visit family in Shenzhen. It is only an hour from the hotel by subway, and just a 1 minute walk from the Bantian subway station. This time we stayed for seven nights and everything was very good. We had a ‘Romantic Room’ which was very comfortable, quiet and with a great shower. The room faces the back of the hotel so there is very little noise from the road. In fact there was no noise at all. Very very peaceful. The front desk and service staff are super friendly, efficient and helpful. Thank you for a great stay. We will stay again.
