The hotel gave me toast and milk for free, and also helped to upgrade the room with windows. The room prepared welcome fruit, which was a little surprise. The room facilities are new, the lighting is very good, the bedding is comfortable and clean, and it is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. It is very convenient to stay when traveling or on a business trip. Overall, it is a great value for money and a very satisfactory experience.

第一次住壹棠，真的感覺很意外，比我想象中的更好，每一項安排都很細心，房間每天會打掃很乾凈，遇到的每一位公寓的人很有禮貌熱情，我們還可以自己做飯，附近walmart很近。聯繫我的amy非常熱情周到，還特意給我們安排了咖啡機，聽説我喜歡高樓層，安排了29樓給我們，視野很開闊，A棟下面還有健身室，我們去那打乒乓球，真的比住酒店好太多、更有家的感覺，下次還會再來住

The hotel is close to Shenzhen Bay and not far from Talent Park. The location is convenient. As soon as I walked into the hotel, Xiao Yuan at the front desk greeted me very warmly (ᐢᴖ ·̫ ᴖᐢ), and upgraded the room type for free for one night. It was bigger than the original room type and the experience was better!

Great service, limited English but able to add them on WeChat for easy communication. Stayed in 2 different rooms. Switched to a cheaper room when I needed to stay another week. The higher level rooms have a Smart Control system for the ac, lights, and curtains all in Chinese but easy enough to figure out. The lower level rooms have buttons and a remote for the curtains. There’s also Xiaomi tv in rooms & bath salts provided. The hotel has a small gym and laundry room where they provide the washing liquid and the machine does washing and dry. There’s also an iron and steamer in the laundry room. I would certainly stay here again. Also wine glasses & decanter, tea, kettle, refrigerator in room.
