Facilities: The facilities are OK, but it has been open for a long time, so it is a bit old. Hygiene: The hygiene is OK and it is quite clean. Environment: The environment is OK, there are many convenient restaurants around, which is not bad. Service: The lady at the front desk has a good attitude and a sweet smile. Stayed for one night and extended for another. I travel very casually and don't plan in advance. I stay one day and then plan the next day. So I don't book for several consecutive days. I just stay one day and then extend it depending on the situation. But this location. It's actually too noisy, and I don't want to pack up and move. I extended for another night. I don't know how other rooms are. But this room is really noisy, but this Phuket Street is really convenient.

The hotel was shown as a 5 stars but I don't think it deserve to be a 5 stars. It's Old, water pressure is low and hard to adjust to the right temperature (it would either be really hot or cold). Wall paper was partly ripped. Bathtub wall has black spot (can't confirm if it's just dirty or mold) The overall property is not bad on the outside. It is on the boarder of HK and SZ, so it's good location if you wanna be close to HK. But note the road going in would be jammed of u are going in and out before the boarder close. Overall all, I would not recommend it as a 5 star hotel.(Unless everything else is booked) Maybe as a high 3 star. With current price I can find better place to stay in the mode center SZ area. Room stayed sees a little HK area ( it honk it is HK across the creek)

Excellent location, nice big rooms, great breakfast… but what made this hotel stand out was the service. It was my dad’s birthday and they arranged for a cake to be ready for him when he returned in the evening… what a lovely surprise! After checking out, I left my luggage for safe keeping, but I lost the ticket when I went back for pick up. A big shout out to Zoey and Richard at Hilton for helping me out and I was able to reclaim my luggage really quickly and without stress! The only negative I have to say was that I purchased the afternoon tea and happy hour package, but the afternoon tea was just some ham sandwiches, fruits, cakes and drinks on a “help yourself” system. Not quite the 5-star quality I expected. I will definitely come back but will only go for the breakfast option as that was really nice.

Excellent service from every single staff interaction we had, especially at horizon club - exactly what you'd expect from a Shangri-la property. Room was clean and comfy with their generous pillow selection. Lobby is currently decked out in festive cheer and looks fantastic. My slight disappointment was with the food - Horizon club food felt a bit lacking in selection and quality (sandwiches and pastries tasted a bit stale), especially compared to the Hong Kong Shangs. Breakfast quality and spread was definitely a bit lacklustre.

My last day stay in Ritz of my 4th visit to this hotel. Oh just realised that the Reception Team Duty Manager is Jimmy Chen (My last review posted yesterday wrongly quoted as Albin Lee). Jimmy had always been extraordinarily helpful and polite. He is smart and quick in response, offered the best solutions when I had not even raised the questions. Excellent reception counter service, worth commendations. It is so thoughtful of the team and hotel to give us a small Christmas pouch for celebrating Christmas time, very sweet💝. I will sure make my 5th visit in 2025!
