You can get out from Exit C of Laojie Metro Station or Exit E of Guomao Metro Station, and it takes about 8 minutes' walk to reach the hotel. Surrounding the hotel, there is the bustling Dongmen Laojie Commercial Pedestrian Street in Shenzhen, various large-scale shopping plazas, and a wide variety of delicious foods. Within a 500-meter walk, you can reach the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, China Construction Bank, Bank of China, and other financial institutions.
The hotel lobby and the guest rooms on the 5th and 6th floors feature a light luxury and fashionable style, with a comfortable and clean environment. Each room is equipped with an independent Midea air conditioner, a liquid crystal TV, 24-hour constant temperature hot water, an independent bathroom, comfortable high-end standard bedding, a free self-service laundry room, and a semi-self-service breakfast restaurant.

"I extended my stay for an extra day and booked an economy room. The room was clean and well-maintained, with complete facilities, and it was relatively quiet. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning crew were very friendly. It's very close to the old street, making shopping and transportation super convenient. The hotel also has a dedicated laundry room with a dryer, and the front desk provides small packets of laundry detergent, which is really handy and enhances the overall travel experience!"

GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely amazing. The first thing that won me over was the view from my room I’ve never had a room with such a breathtaking view before. Truly stunning. I really liked the staff everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Phoebe and the rest of the team were just wonderful. They were always ready to help and easy to reach whenever I needed anything.The beach is beautiful, though security only allows swimming in a specific area, which isn’t very convenient. Still, it didn’t spoil my stay.Overall, a lovely place and a great hotel. I really hope to come back one day.

We booked a 'mystery room' and used a Ctrip upgrade voucher, ending up with a partial sea view room. Though not spacious, the room was spotless, and the mattress and bedding were especially comfortable – we slept soundly.
The hotel is incredibly pet-friendly, only charging a 200 RMB deposit with no additional cleaning fee – a truly thoughtful touch! Downstairs, there's a quiet, clean private beach where our dog had an absolute blast. After playing, we'd just chill on the terrace, enjoying the sea breeze – truly the perfect vacation vibe. (Note: Sea access prohibited after 7 PM.)
The only minor drawback was the limited dining options nearby, but overall, the experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it to friends with pets!

MM30975****It was a complete surprise. I was planning to book a different place if it didn't work out, since there weren't any exhibitions recently and there were plenty of hotels nearby. But this place was unexpectedly great, with incredibly high value for money, far exceeding the price. It's a standalone apartment building with a unified reception area and excellent facilities. Clothes washed on the balcony dried overnight. I took the subway, and the map navigation was slightly off track after I exited, but I found it quickly after contacting the host and checked in myself. Looking back, the subway exit was incredibly close. I stayed for two days to attend a lecture, and even came back to rest at noon. The experience was excellent; they even delivered food, making it a better stay than most budget hotels.

Choosing this hotel was the right decision! The lobby design is exquisite and grand. The room was spacious and bright with great natural light. The soft bedding ensured a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, was meticulously clean, and completely odor-free. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, and they even recommended local attractions. It's also close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. Absolutely delighted!

It offers fantastic value for money, and the surrounding area is a foodie paradise with all sorts of local eateries and restaurants – I could eat something different every day. The room was very clean, and the bed was neat and tidy. The biggest surprise was arriving at 3 AM, thinking the late-night food stalls nearby would be noisy, but it didn't affect me at all. Perhaps because my room had smaller windows, the soundproofing was actually quite good, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. I'd definitely want to stay here again next time I'm back; being able to go downstairs and get hot, delicious food is just too good!

MM527078****I arrived at the airport at 12 PM, planning to spend the night alone. But I couldn't sleep a wink until 6 AM and was so exhausted that I just picked a random hotel. To my surprise, it was incredibly high quality! The bathroom had a shower and a kitchen, seriously the biggest and most spacious I've ever seen in a hotel, absolutely massive! BBen04This hotel is based very close to metro stations like grand theatre and hongling south. Additionally it is in a nice neighborhood with some great restaurants. Unfortunately I was given a smoking room when I specifically requested a non smoking room, but this was most likely due to miscommunication. The hotel serviced my room daily and had good WiFi. Overall I would recommend this as a budget option in a good location in Shenzhen.
