This hotel truly lives up to its name as a family-friendly resort. The staff at all levels are incredibly kind and friendly, providing exceptional service. Everyone greets you with a warm smile. I want to give a special thank you to my room attendant, Aggie, for her meticulous care. She treated us like family, being both friendly and polite. She helped us resolve every issue that came up during our stay promptly and efficiently, and ensured all the room facilities were perfectly arranged. She deserves high praise! The room was tidy and clean, with ample facilities. If we needed anything added or replaced, we could contact the room attendant immediately, and the efficiency was absolutely superb. The most attractive feature is undoubtedly the hotel's beach pool. The kids played all day and didn't want to leave. The soft white sand was specially imported from Hainan Island. The lifeguards tirelessly watched over the children's safety in the pool, even under the hot sun. Don't miss out on the other kids' play facilities either. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also a must-try; it was a pleasant surprise, especially the freshly squeezed customizable fruit and vegetable juices. The variety of food could rival a dinner buffet. To fully enjoy these exquisite facilities and delicious food, it's best to stay for several days.

I visited InterContinental Dameisha in winter before, and the outdoor pool water was a bit cool. Coming back this summer, the experience has been a complete upgrade. The hotel's location is unbeatable; stepping out leads directly to their private beach. All the outdoor pools are perfect for a refreshing swim in the summer, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I was worried about a typhoon these past two days, but the weather turned out great. Getting into the water a bit later in the afternoon meant less intense sun, and after swimming, sitting by the pool enjoying the sea breeze was incredibly relaxing. The room's ocean view is stunning, and sitting on the balcony watching the sea is very comfortable. The bedding also ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The staff were all very polite, and the check-in process was smooth overall. Visiting in winter offers a quiet ocean viewing experience, while summer allows you to fully enjoy the pools and water activities by the sea. Both offer different but equally suitable ways to relax and unwind. I'll definitely be back.

Our child was fully immersed, enjoying the hands-on experience of crafting and having a blast. This added so many joyful memories to our trip, which is a huge bonus for family travel. We would like to extend a special thank you to the front desk staff: Kidd, Linda, Winnie, Diana, and Iris. As we were a large family group, the check-in process was a bit complex, but they handled everything efficiently and in an organized manner. They consistently addressed our various requests, big and small, with a gentle attitude, patiently listened, and proactively helped coordinate solutions to all our issues. Their professionalism was evident in every detail, and we truly felt their thoughtful and warm service. This hotel perfectly balances the needs of business travelers and family vacationers, making it ideal for both business meetings and family fun. Our overall experience was top-notch, and we're still thinking about it even after leaving. We will definitely prioritize staying here again on our next visit to Shenzhen!
