This hotel truly lives up to its name as a family-friendly resort. The staff at all levels are incredibly kind and friendly, providing exceptional service. Everyone greets you with a warm smile. I want to give a special thank you to my room attendant, Aggie, for her meticulous care. She treated us like family, being both friendly and polite. She helped us resolve every issue that came up during our stay promptly and efficiently, and ensured all the room facilities were perfectly arranged. She deserves high praise! The room was tidy and clean, with ample facilities. If we needed anything added or replaced, we could contact the room attendant immediately, and the efficiency was absolutely superb. The most attractive feature is undoubtedly the hotel's beach pool. The kids played all day and didn't want to leave. The soft white sand was specially imported from Hainan Island. The lifeguards tirelessly watched over the children's safety in the pool, even under the hot sun. Don't miss out on the other kids' play facilities either. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also a must-try; it was a pleasant surprise, especially the freshly squeezed customizable fruit and vegetable juices. The variety of food could rival a dinner buffet. To fully enjoy these exquisite facilities and delicious food, it's best to stay for several days.

I specifically chose to stay at the InterContinental Shenzhen with my family for a weekend getaway, and the ice and snow park package offered incredible value for money. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's facilities are brand new and spotless, and the heated pool has clean water with a dedicated shallow area for children, making it very safe for kids to play. The 24-hour gym is well-equipped for a quick workout whenever you have some free time. The rooms are brightly lit and spacious. After communicating with Guest Relations' Alfreda in advance, children's amenities were thoughtfully prepared, and Linda provided attentive and warm service. The breakfast selection was diverse, catering to both adult and children's tastes, with exquisite offerings. In our free time, we could take the shuttle bus to the Ice and Snow World, and returning to the hotel to relax after playing was particularly enjoyable. Winnie was gentle and polite, and food deliveries could be sent directly to the room by robot, which was both convenient and hygienic. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, its quiet and comfortable environment makes it perfect for a short leisure trip with kids. The whole family had a very comfortable stay, and it's definitely worth revisiting.

I usually love staying at InterContinental hotels, but this trip was truly the best in terms of both my personal experience and the environment! I was fortunate to participate in a training session thanks to Teacher Daqi's team, and that's how I ended up staying at this hotel. The hotel Teacher Daqi chose has been my favorite among all my travels so far. It was supposed to rain those days, but miraculously, the rain stopped, and the weather was beautiful. In the afternoon, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the beach and spent a long time just relaxing. It was breathtakingly beautiful and I'm so grateful. The hotel also offers yacht experiences and other recreational activities, and the food is delicious – I highly recommend it! I rarely write reviews voluntarily, but I'm truly grateful. If I have another chance to visit Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again! In fact, I'm very thankful for this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, and I'm very grateful to Teacher Daqi and everyone at the hotel. Thank you 🙏
