The location of the hotel is very close to the examination room. It can be reached within ten minutes on foot, so I booked this hotel. Let’s talk about the shortcomings first: I was given a tail room. The air conditioner was very noisy. Looking at the picture, four air conditioner outdoor units are rumbling under my window sill. The noise stopped in the middle of the night. Not sure if it's an air conditioner or a hot water boiler. The door lock was broken and there was no latch inside. It was very unsafe and uneasy for a girl to live outside alone. The air conditioner does not cool. Let’s talk about the advantages: There seems to be very little parking lot here. Fortunately, this hotel has a parking lot. The parking is standard and the location is sufficient. Check out at 2 pm and have a place to stay and take a rest after taking the exam. Never take the tail room! ! ! ! It’s so noisy! ! ! !

I wanted to visit Shenzhen before May Day when there weren't so many people there. My friend recommended this hotel to me. I arrived late and had a lot of luggage. When I checked in at the front desk, the lady asked me if I needed any help. I felt that this city was quite warm. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. I love beds and it's hard for me to fall asleep on beds in general hotels, but this hotel is different. I fell asleep as soon as I lay on the bed and slept peacefully. The location is okay, next to the subway station and convenient for traveling There are a lot of things to eat around, with snacks and meals from all over the place. There is a farmer’s market next to it, so you can cook your own meals. The room is old, there is a lot of dust in the corners of the room, and the sound insulation is not good Just live there

The hotel location is close to the subway exit B. Although it’s a bit far from the city centre, in our opinion it is still quite convenient. Cleanliness is great and we were thinking of coming back. Unfortunately we were greatly disappointed by the 7th floor cleaning lady. She showed a very unhappy face and rudely teased us “if all customers are like you, asking for some more water, it will be a disaster” when we asked for only a few more bottles of water (where we needed it for a medical reason). This made us feel this hotel doesn’t have good hospitality. We have reflected this issue to the reception during check out who constantly begged and pestered us to give them all 5 stars for the review. If you actually wanted return customers and weren't just begging for five star ratings, hopefully customer service will improve in the future so that you can earn a well-deserved five stars. Also, when we checked in we asked for non smoking room, the reception guy assured us the whole hotel is smoke-free. However, for the second night we stayed, where someone moved in the room next to us, they smoked in the midnight and it somehow got into the ventilation air conditioning system and our room. It was very unpleasant but we didn’t complaint as it was in the midnight and we were too tired. Also we found it is not a smoke-free hotel (see photos). The hotel rooms are 4-7 floors, they provide ear buds as it’s close to the busy road. Ask for higher floors if you are light sleeper. We didn’t use any amenities so can’t comment and give it a 4 star.

The front desk staff Ah Wei and Manager Zheng provided very good service. The room they arranged was very good, big and clean, the breakfast was good and it was convenient to go out. The subway is right at the door and there are plenty of delicious food.

Add money to upgrade to one bedroom and one living room. The toilets are separated from wet and dry. The customer service is courteous. It is not close to the subway station. It is isolated from the shopping mall. It is suitable for children to play all day. It is suitable for playing and eating. There are only small shops for daily necessities.

The hotel is located in the old town of Bao'an. There are many places to eat nearby and it is quite prosperous. The Chuan Chuan next door is delicious. The hotel staff have good service and take the initiative to help with any problems. The aunties in the guest rooms are very enthusiastic. I will come again. I am satisfied.
