Pullman Hotels in Shenzhen

Our family of three, including our 11-year-old child, spent four days and three nights in Shenzhen. We booked the Pullman in advance because we needed two large beds. After checking many hotels, either they were fully booked or didn't offer two large beds. Luckily, we found the Pullman, which perfectly met our requirements. The best part was the massive 2.7-meter bed, which comfortably slept all three of us! 😁😁 The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Shenzhen North Station. It's also a hub for Metro Lines 4, 5, and 6, making daily excursions a breeze. There are plenty of food courts nearby, so finding breakfast was never an issue. The hotel service was excellent; our room was cleaned daily, and they provided a generous supply of tea bags, coffee sachets, and eight bottles of water every day. Since it wasn't summer yet, we couldn't even finish them all – big thumbs up for such generosity with bottled water, I wonder what other hotels are as lavish! The room's amenities were definitely up to five-star standards. Despite being right next to the high-speed rail and metro stations, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which was a huge plus. The view from the window was also lovely. My child particularly enjoyed using the in-room bathtub and was fascinated by 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant) on the nightstand. We also received a 100 RMB dining voucher and a 300 RMB spa voucher. It would be even better if breakfast could be included in the room rate in the future. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
