This stay far exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts an elegant and grand ambiance, coupled with an excellent location that makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and comfortable. It came fully equipped with toiletries, and the bed was wonderfully soft and conducive to a good night's sleep. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff were attentive and enthusiastic, responding promptly and treating guests with politeness and friendliness. The value for money here is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

📍 **Prime Location:** Right next to Shanghai Railway Station, with Metro Lines 1, 12, and 13 within walking distance. Efficient commute to Hongqiao/Pudong Airports, making business travel a breeze.

✨ **Excellent Hardware:** A five-star standard under Accor. Rooms are modern and elegant, featuring Pullman's signature Sweet Sleeper bed, which is soft and skin-friendly. Excellent soundproofing makes it ideal for both work and relaxation.

🛁 **Comprehensive & Thoughtful Amenities:** 24-hour gym and a 20-meter heated indoor pool instantly melt away fatigue. Executive Lounge happy hour and afternoon tea treats add a touch of luxury in every detail.

🙌 **Professional & Warm Service:** The front desk staff are efficient and enthusiastic, offering a complimentary room upgrade. Concierge service is prompt and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free experience throughout.

🍽️ **Rich & Delicious Dining:** The restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast options, with fresh juices and smoked salmon among the high-quality choices. The Chinese restaurant serves authentic and tasty local Shanghai and Cantonese dishes.

💯 **Overall:** Transportation, service, facilities, and ambiance are all top-notch. It's my go-to choice for business trips, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Shanghai!

Overall, it's pretty good, especially for business travel. It's suitable for business trips, night-view photography, high-end conferences, and family vacations.

Minor drawbacks: Some angles (like lower floors) feel a bit bulky. Rooms near the elevated road offer great night views but have slight traffic noise.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was quiet and comfortable, allowing me to get a great rest. The breakfast tasted good and had a wide variety of options. Even though there were many diners, the staff cleared tables promptly and efficiently. Doris at the hotel was also very friendly and welcoming. The overall experience was comfortable and hassle-free, offering great value for money. It was a truly pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it. It would be even more perfect if the parking management could be improved a bit.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach from March 12–15. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located on a peaceful hill overlooking Naithon Beach, giving stunning ocean views and a very relaxing atmosphere.




The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that made it easy to enjoy the view. Housekeeping did a great job every day.




The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and welcoming.
The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including both international and Thai options, and everything was fresh and well presented. The infinity pools overlooking the ocean were a highlight of the stay and perfect for relaxing.
The hotel is also close to Naithon Beach, which is quieter and less crowded than many beaches in Phuket, making it ideal if you want a more peaceful experience.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend Pullman Phuket Arcadia to anyone visiting Phuket. I would happily stay here again.

To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed. I specifically booked a deluxe sea-view room, and they initially gave me a room on the third floor. As soon as I opened the door, I knew something was off. Picture 1 shows what they called a 'sea-view room,' but there was a huge tree right in the middle, blocking the view. I thought, 'Why am I paying a premium price to look at a tree for four nights?' This is clearly a garden-view room. I immediately called the front desk. At first, they didn't want to change my room that day and told me to wait until the next. I explained I was staying for four nights, and after some hesitation, the front desk said they'd move me to the fifth floor. However, Picture 2 shows the room I eventually stayed in. It wasn't directly facing the sea like in the promotional photos; it was quite slanted, and I had to really strain to catch a glimpse of the ocean. It was quite disappointing. The service and everything else were actually good, but paying that price specifically for a sea-view room to get this was just not worth it.

A Wonderful Stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa 🌴🌊

I recently had the chance to stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was truly impressive in every way. If you’re looking for privacy, relaxation, and warm hospitality, this is one of the best places to stay in Phuket.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Special thanks to K. Micky at reception, who gave excellent recommendations, and to K. Fah, the yoga instructor who led open-air yoga sessions every morning with a stunning sea view and fresh breeze. The life service team also helped me enjoy activities like kayaking and paddle boarding, while every staff member I met was professional, attentive, and always willing to help.

The room met the high Pullman standard — spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and fresh every day. I loved the separated bathroom and shower areas, the thoughtful layout, the work desk, and the private balcony for relaxation. Everything was very comfortable and convenient.

The view here is incredible. Since the hotel has its own private beach, it’s peaceful and not crowded. I woke up to beautiful sunrises over the white sand and could easily walk into the sea, go kayaking, or paddle boarding. During high tide, you can swim right at the beach, and when the tide is low, it’s perfect for a peaceful walk while watching the crabs and enjoying the sea breeze. For swimming, the resort also has a nice pool that opens early in the morning. And just a 5-minute walk away, you can reach Panwa Beach Viewpoint or even visit the Phuket Aquarium nearby.

The hotel offers many activities: shuttle buses to Phuket Town on two routes, outdoor beach activities, and even a movie night for kids. The property itself is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail in every corner. Breakfast was excellent too — a wide selection, tasty dishes, and great value.

Overall, this was one of the most refreshing and recharging stays I’ve ever had. Whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with friends, Pullman Phuket Panwa is a perfect choice. 💙

Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Pullman Sanya Bay Oceanview Resort was truly exceptional, far exceeding our expectations! The butler kindly upgraded us to a full ocean-view room for free, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel's location is perfect; it's right on Coconut Dream Corridor, and there's a private underground passage that leads directly to the beach, so you don't have to cross any roads. This is incredibly convenient for families with children or anyone who wants to take a stroll along the beach at any time.

The hotel itself has a strong Southeast Asian vibe, and the tropical gardens are stunning – every photo you take looks like it's from a magazine. The biggest highlight was the complimentary travel photography service! The photoshoot was relaxed and fun, and the original photos we received were high-quality, perfectly capturing the island vacation atmosphere.

Overall, both the facilities and the service were outstanding. It was a truly perfect holiday experience, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Sanya!

## Environment:
The environment is excellent, I'd give it 4.5 stars. The road leading to the hotel from outside is also very beautiful, and the surroundings are quite convenient. The greenery is good, as are the architecture and maintenance. It's very photogenic with many spots to take pictures. There are also small ponds with lotus and water lilies, so if you love flowers, this season is perfect.

## Service:
The staff are all very enthusiastic. We mixed up the breakfast time in the morning and arrived late, but they still waited for us to eat. They provided welcome fruits, five different kinds, which was very nice 👍. They also offered a late check-out proactively. Basically, the hotel tries its best to meet customer needs, which is quite thoughtful. A great experience.

## Room:
We booked a standard room, and they upgraded us to a Thai-style villa with a pool, which was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The bedding was good too; there was a slight noise, but I still slept very comfortably 😌.

## Breakfast:
The variety isn't huge, it's quite simple, but they do have local specialties like pandan coconut buns, which are worth trying – just a little sweet 🤤.

## Influencer Paddleboarding & Floating Mat Fun:
This was a lot of fun. Even if you can't swim, you can try it with the help of a companion. There are lifeguards, so it's quite safe, and there are deep water areas too. My boyfriend was laughing like a ** (idiom for having a great time), it was incredibly entertaining.

## Travel Photography:
The travel photography itself was mediocre, but the shooting locations were good 👍. You can bargain, remember to bargain!

To 'punish' myself for not reviewing sooner, I'll definitely book this place again next time.
