Hotels near Futian Railway Station, Shenzhen

The location is beautiful, near to the center of Shenzhen. Rooms are very clean and you can find all you need. Right across the street there is a little supermarket with a lot of cute shops and cafes. Highly recommendated!

Excellent in many many ways with a big thank you Joyce Bao and Kayle (aka Xiao Bao and Xiao Li 小包 小李 ) who helped us with our luggage and sent us off. Besides being very clean and well located here are some other areas that were well done: 1. Take away breakfast available 2. Bell boy proactively looked for extra staff so we could check in quickly 3. Good infrastructure like: good plumbing (no weird smells) faucets, sinks, toilets are all brand name (kosher etc) 4. Pilates class by Kelly was professional 5. Pool was warm and lifeguard did try to ask smokers to move to the sides (as opposed to let them continue soaking) 6. Gym was new, well maintained and changing room bathroom had real paper toilet seat liners that worked, and bags for wet bathing suits. Hair dryers were new. 7. Room had large windows, charging ports at bedside, bathrobe and slippers were thick, fluffy and good quality. Toilet paper was thick 2 ply with good perforations. Borghese soap shampoo etc and mini mouthwash provided 8. Breakfast had good omelettes, and pastry/croissants were well made and buttery. They even had ice cream. Fresh squeezed cucumber, celery and carrot juice made in the spot with juicer. When I asked why they didn’t have anymore hash browns they looked into it. 9. App for Visitor to Shenzhen also provided good information. 10. Sheets, pillows, mattress and duvet were all good quality, fluffy and soft 11. Info available if you need to mail a parcel. 12. Staff are generally well trained and managed and seem to know what they are supposed to do, and can answer questions. They could be further trained in hospitality so they’re passionate about it so it’s more natural. 13. Despite rainstorm everything was dry, no leaks, no mold, no damp smell, hotel wasn’t run down. Areas are generally properly organised. 14. Management seem to supervise and train staff carefully. Only issue was that my minibar was missing drinks but it was sent up when I called about it. But overall a very excellent hotel. Here are some minor observations and some extra suggestions: 1. Pillow menu could be offered 2. Bubble bath could be made available upon request 3. More info about gym, massage place etc could be offered in room and in English (instead of in the Ctrip app). 4. Room could have creamer for coffee and tea 5. A paper bag or bag could be placed in room for extra use. 6. Checkout could have asked for suggestions 7. Check in could ask if takeaway breakfast would be needed. 8. Executive lounge had good cheese, but they could include some crackers or some salami also (salami available at breakfast). Self serve Tea bags should also be available not just coffee. But tea was available upon request. They also need dining cloth napkins and not just small paper napkins 9. Staff Name tags should specify the languages spoken by the staff member (English, Cantonese, Mandarin) 10. Shower stall in the gym needs a lip along the door or the floor so that the water does not go everywhere. Currently the shower floor isn’t slanted enough so the water doesn’t drain fast enough and gets everywhere.

Facilities: Their apartment is newly renovated, with complete facilities and new supplies, but there is no breakfast. Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: The location in the center of Futian District is very good. Service: I like the reception by the big sister at the front desk very much. She is very enthusiastic❤️🔥. She sounds very comfortable when speaking. I also recommend you to scan the QR code at the front desk to place an order and receive membership discounts. Booking is more cost-effective than booking directly online. Like 👍🏻 The address of the hotel apartment is in the center of Futian District, Shenzhen City. There are two subway lines 🚇Line 1 and Line 10 downstairs. You need to send the hotel instructions to the front desk on WeChat in advance. Check-in is upstairs↑ not on the first floor, which is a bit It’s not easy to find. I personally think it’s best to contact the hotel before checking in. It’s better to send a location via WeChat. Opposite the hotel is Huangting Shopping Center, which is linked to the shopping park CoCoPark, and there is also an underground street in Liancheng Xintiandi. The rooms are very new and have gas. Prepare your own pots and pans for cooking, there are no supplies in the apartment, washing machine (with laundry detergent) refrigerator, disposable toothbrush 🪥 razor, shower cap, comb. Towels, bath towels, floor towels, suitable for people on business trips. I can do laundry, or stay here for half a month and make some food. It's really convenient. It's very comfortable to stay and have a good rest. The mattress is soft and hard. Just right, I like it very much😍I don’t know what brand it is and where I bought it, and I want to buy one to take home hahaha😁😁😁The room I checked in did not smell of new decoration, but there was a light aromatherapy smell which was quite nice, but There is a bit of smell in the elevator, but it does not affect check-in at all. The room has an independent WiFi signal and is good. The front desk will send you a WeChat message to inform you and also send you the takeaway address (੭ •_•)📍When you check in, you will also be reminded that if there is any problem with your check-in, there will be someone on WeChat 24 hours a day. Yes, just for service, I must give full marks. In the future, when traveling to Shenzhen for business or other matters, he must be his first choice.

This is actually an airbnb rental apartment among a few others operating in the semi completed residential tower. If you are ok with it, it is one of the best value accommodations in town in term of location, room amenities (washing machine with balcony to dry clothes) and daily cleaning service. It still operates like a hotel with a reception on 1019 (10th floor, unit number 1019) and inclusive daily room cleaning service unlike regular airbnbs which do not provide that. To get there, take the metro to Gangxia station and look for exit B or D. Exit C which is closer is closed for maintenance. Next to exit B is the link mall which is more convenient as you only need to walk past a row of eateries and a macdonland, then take exit Door 8 on your left. Once above ground, the massive apartment on your left is block A, you just need to walk straight and turn right around the corner to reach Block B or Block 2 in Chinese. Take the lift to level 10 to the reception. Inside the apartment, it is complete with fridge, washing machine, LCD projection screen and a very comfortable, 5 star hotel bed.

Close to Gangxia subway station and opposite the Center of Excellence. The newly opened rooms are well-equipped. When you arrive at the door, ask the security guard (Prince Executive Apartment). There will be staff in room 0925 to help you check in.

It is a very good hotel with the reception and all the staff, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, there are quality soaps and shampoos….a hotel in Shenzen where you can feel comfortable like at home

Overall is good, room is tidy and big. Reception and bell desk excellence service. However the night security staff isn’t nice. I’m worry are they suitable to work in hotel.

I recently stayed at Shenzhen 荟语酒店 (Eeril Hotel Futian Shenzhen) for six nights and had an exceptional experience. Upon check-in on March 1st, I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room equipped with smart facilities, allowing me to control room lighting, curtains, and even the smart device with music controls. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the lobby always had tasty Chinese treats available. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from 皇岗 station, making it very convenient for transportation. Additionally, there are many top-rated restaurants and famous local foods nearby. My wife, 8-year-old daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's amenities. I particularly liked the complimentary laundry service, even though guests need to wash their own clothes, it was still a valuable offering. Another standout feature was the robot delivery service for 美团food delivery, which made ordering food to our room incredibly convenient. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to allocate separate floors for smoking and non-smoking guests to ensure a more pleasant stay for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend Shenzhen 荟语酒店 for its excellent service, convenient location, and modern amenities. We loved our stay and would gladly return in the future.
