It's a pleasure to be here. The room is roomy and clean. in the restaurant they provide a wide variety of food for breakfast. Good location, good client services, the metro entrance is directly across the street from the hotel. Happy and would return for my next trip to shenzhen.

The room is spacious and clean. The view from room is nice, having a 180 degree view of the sea/lake, the breakfast area is average as they are renovating and hotel guests have to use a temporary space for having breakfast, but the handmade noodles were awesome

The stay was very comfortable, clean and the location was very convenient. Happy Valley and the Window of the World were nearby. The room was spacious and bright. The location of this hostel is great. OCT Loft is one of the creative spaces, and this place has so many coffee shops. The nature is so nice, and there are many places where you can take photographs. You can walk around and enjoy the many trees and small bars. The hostel itself is really good, although the rooms are not that great. Overall, the hostel building is a bit old and not very modern, but the common space is very good. There is also a lounge, which is mostly empty. If you want to have a call or meeting, you can use the lounge. In this hostel, the rooms have two beds per person. The rooms are normal, not very fashionable or modern. The cleanliness is also normal, but it doesn't smell. Overall, it's a great opportunity to explore Shenzhen.

This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

The hotel in the district of OCT. it is difficult to find the hotel by car. So you must really know the road to the hotel front door. The location is far from the subway. Maybe about 20 min walk. In The neighborhood are a lot of taxi. You can easily get a taxi to go about everywhere. The hotel is neat. A little bit outdated, but still neat enough to be considered well maintained. Maybe my room was upgraded. The room is very big. The bed is comfortable enough, but for me a little bit too hard. In this neighborhood the hotels are a little bit expensive for the quality you get. But compared to other hotels in the same neighborhood it is for now the best for the money you spend.

First of all, the hotel has a very advantageous location. I need to travel between the hotel and the airport almost every week, so convenient transportation is very important to me. I arrived at the hotel to check in that night. When I dragged my tired body into the hotel, Lynn at the front desk handed me a cup of hot tea, took the initiative to ask about my room needs, and arranged a room with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows for me. It was particularly quiet and asked if I needed laundry. The hotel has free laundry service. The next morning, I opened the door and received my dried and ironed clothes at the door. The room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and I slept very peacefully and steadily all night. The lobby environment is great, bright and spacious. One thing to mention is the unique warm supper service. It is a surprise to enjoy the restaurant's dine-in supper for free at 9:30 in the evening. Since I have the habit of packing a cup of coffee in the morning, I informed the front desk when I checked in, and I saw the aunt in the restaurant prepared it for me the next morning. These details make me feel the warmth and professionalism of a hotel.
