Opposite is Shenzhen University Lihu Campus, also very close to North Station, there is also a large shopping mall nearby, convenient for travel and comfortable accommodation

Because the flight was delayed and renewed for another night, the front desk also helped me upgrade a suite for free. The room is very large, I feel wasted when I live alone [breaking tears for laughter] The decoration style is simple and generous. The room is uniform in color, clean and hygienic, giving people a very bright feeling, and the bed is very comfortable. The suite has a balcony backing. I prefer the room on the backing side. The ventilation is good. Open the curtains and it is a green one. I feel good after seeing it. The room has no taste. It is good to cool down here at night. The sound insulation is very good. The house is very clean and well organized. It is very close to Shenzhen North Station, which makes travel convenient and easy to find. The hotel receptionist is very enthusiastic and reminded me how to use the water heater, which is very considerate.

I like to stay at this hotel because of the good location and nice rooms. I was a little disappointed this time as the room was small and did not smell good. Reception staff were not helpful and friendly. Good location though. The lift can be slow at times.

Extremely surprise by their top notch service. Reached drenched because the Didi driver insisted to drop us by the roadside when it's pouring heavily. One of the reception lady in duty actually came running out to fetch us into lobby with the umbrellas in the heavy rain and helped us with our luggages. Upon stepping into the hotel, we were served with refreshing ice drinks. Upon completion of checkin and unpacking, the reception lady came knocking on our room door with 2 hot tea for us quoting ”you are both drenched so please take some ginger tea in case you catch a cold” Such an awesome touch and gesture that can be do without but they did anyway. Hotel room is also good. One of the best hotel i have been to, especially in China. Amenities were of good quality which is better than some 5 stars international hotel. Free laundry (6pc) per day is a bonus especially we were drenched and needed a laundry service. Loaning of umbrella require a deposit of 50RMB/unit but was returned immediately on Alipay after returning. We're just amazed and will definitely return to stay with them.

I have stayed here many times. There are many restaurants and large shopping malls near the hotel. It is very convenient for shopping or eating. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and the service attitude is also very good. I am satisfied!

I booked this as I have an early ETD train from Shenzhen North station. It is within walkable distance and nearby the hotel there are many restaurants and supermarkets. The room has all the basic stuffs. The shower is hot and powerful. The toilet seat was, however, broken and the toilet was clogged. I didn’t bother to ask for another room as I was only staying for a night and would leave very early the next morning.
