Okay, this place is cleaned every two days. A bottle of water is given every two days. There is a quite small indoor swimming pool. If breakfast is not included, it is best to buy tickets at the hotel front desk, which can save two or three Canadian dollars per breakfast.

This hotel experience has been absolutely fantastic ever since we stepped foot into the hotel. The hotel staff greeted us politely, and we were quickly given our keys to the rooms. The condition that the rooms were kept in was great. One employee in particular, named Avi Suthar, was extremely helpful and nice. Overall, the stay was great, and I recommend to anyone coming to Edmonton.

The rooms were clean and inviting. The bed was quite comfortable by hotel standards, and I felt very relaxed during my stay. The front desk manager and other staff provided us with excellent customer service and accommodations. We were even provided a discount for the restaurant as a courtesy, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again and recommend others to book stays at this property in the future.

Cannot recommend! Stay would have been okay, except the glass shower door SHATTERED while showering. Glass everywhere! Staff did not seem to care that cuts were sustained. Nothing was done other than clean up. The manager didn't even contact us for 2 days. Nobody cared that their property was unsafe and we were hurt. Not a good experience

Service was amazing really kind staff especially a gentleman named Avi he accommodated us very well and gave us a very delightful stay. Food at the Bankhead downstairs was splendid, the chef really knows what he is doing. The rooms were spotless and very well serviced as well as the other amenities like the pool and gym. Overall it was a delightful experience and a comforting stay.
