The holiday Inn Hotels always make you feel not disappointed . The same smell , the same comfortable bed and the same warm staff . This hotel has spacious room which is tidy and clean. The room attendant is extremely helpful and friendly. The reception girls are beautiful and professional. strongly recommended.

I am very disappointed with the management of the swimming pool at 6th floor regarding to : 1. No life guard provided and allow non-guest swimming lessons occupying the whole pool without the area separated. 2. There are three so-called coaches to look after the pools but they all turn a blind eye when seeing someone break the safety codes including diving. 3, as you know no matter the business arrangement between intercontinental and the pool operation team, we as a guest the interest of us should prevail over the non guest learners of the swimming lessons. 4. I have repeatedly reminded the swimming coaches about the issue but they just do not pay any attention and performed any precautionary actions.

Facilities: Not very new, but adequate and completely acceptable. Health: Good, very clean and tidy. Environment: Good. Vientiane City is next to it, so shopping and eating are very convenient. Service: Very good. There was a waiter to pick up the luggage after getting off the bus. The front desk clerk was polite and enthusiastic. The room service was very good. The fruit was delivered and the good night service was very considerate. The child became uncomfortable in the middle of the night and soiled the bedding. It was very late and the night shift foreman was there. They also brought two waiters to help us clean up without any resistance and were very caring about the children. Ren Peijiao, the head waiter during the day, was more attentive. When she saw that the child was feeling a little uncomfortable, she specially sent a gift to the child. She also gave us free brown sugar for us to make water to warm the child's belly. It was so considerate. Thank you very much for this meticulous service attitude. We will see you again next time. The hotel is in a good location in the city center. There are two large shopping malls nearby, which is quite convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a museum nearby, which is only a few minutes' drive away. If you stay, you can park for free in the basement, which is quite good. The hotel's reservation depar**ent called in advance to arrange the room and sent fruit. The service is warm and considerate.

The hotel has above-ground and underground parking lots. During the May Day holiday, there was basically no space on the ground, but there were quite a few underground parking spaces, but they were basically full. The hotel is close to the government and you can see the TV tower. It is well decorated and has a complete range of facilities, including swimming, fitness and buffet. Welcome fruit is provided in the room. The house is square and the mattress is very thick, the pillows are moderately soft and hard, the curtains have a good shading effect, the TV signal is slightly worse, the room is very clean, and the attitudes of all kinds of waiters are very good.

The local star-rated hotel in Shijiazhuang. It was also my first time to come to Shijiazhuang. I didn't like those foreign-owned hotels, so I chose Wuzhou Hotel. The result was unexpectedly good. It surpassed many chain foreign-owned hotels in all aspects. The tall murals in the hotel lobby are Chinese-style traditional Chinese paintings, showing enough oriental heritage. The room is spacious and bright, with a good view. The mini bar cabinets are complete with tableware. The tea cups and pots are also made of Bama tea. It's just that the shower and bathtub in the room are not very convenient. The service details are very professional and enthusiastic. A simple souvenir was given when checking in. The welcome fruit was ready to welcome the guests to the room. The concierge in the lobby would smile and greet the guests politely when they saw them. The hotel breakfast is very rich, all the juices are freshly squeezed, and there are many kinds of bread. It's not a perfunctory breakfast. The hotel will also give guests a lot of hidden benefits. Combining these service details, it kills many star-rated hotels.

We stayed for 3 days during the Spring Festival this year and stayed in room 218. At that time, we also wrote notes on the self-media platform and spoke highly of this hotel. This time we came over on November 1 and booked another 3 days. I originally wanted to stay in that hotel. room, but there were already guests in that room when we checked in, so the front desk arranged us in a room with an elegant terrace. After we got there, we were not very satisfied with that room type, so we went back to the front desk and changed to a deluxe double room. I was not very satisfied with this aspect of my stay this time. I said that I had booked a deluxe double room. When I checked in, I should have been told that this room type was not available, instead of privately changing me to a room with an elegant terrace. The front desk The man thought it was my first time to check in and wanted to fool me. He was a little speechless. Later, he went down to change rooms and said that the deluxe king room was available. . . There are a lot of mosquitoes here in the summer, and the smelly lady banged against the glass. We didn't really want to stay in a room with a balcony. Another thing that is not very smart this time is that we stayed for 3 nights, and the self-driving car had to register the license plate number at the front desk every day. Couldn't the system be smarter and input all the information for 3 days for me? The security outside was also in time. He is responsible and will not let in without inputting the information, even if he can see the room card. Shouldn't this management be praised for being so in place? Although the service at these two places made me a little unhappy this time, it was still a relatively pleasant stay, and I felt really good after spending three days in the hot springs.
