Thank you for your help for the first time in more than 20 years. A few days before the stay, I received a confirmation call for transportation and arrival time, and kindly told me various things. On the day of the event, the attendant who saw the parking lot advised me to carry my family and luggage to the dock first, which was very helpful. The building itself feels old, but it was well maintained and comfortable. The food was voluminous at night and in the morning, and it was delicious. However, children in the lower grades of elementary school basically have the same dishes as adults, and it is good if it is in the upper grades, but the food that can be eaten in the lower grades is limited, and I think it is painful for children. Other than that, I am very satisfied. I would like to take care of you again. Thank you very much.
Premier Resort Yuga Ise Shima

This hotel is a true jewel, rarely found nowadays in the age of ”business hotels”. This hotel does not just do business, ii provides you with a home away from home for a day, week or month. It is and has aged, admittedly, but very gracefully. It has character, starting from a generous 32+ sqm room with a superb view out into the sea, solid wood furniture, an excellent public bath on floor one, very comfortable ”viewing areas” to appreciate sunsets or read a book at the higher floors, a tasty breakfast (Japanese) in the morning plus some good coffee for those who can`t live without it. Business hotels`CEOs: Send your employees to Yuga Iseshima for them to learn how to treat your guests with friendliness, warmth and empathy. Yuga Iseshima has lasting style, not short time fads and fashions ...
Shima Kanko Hotel the Classic

This was definitely my best experience at a hotel in Japan. Hotel staff were very courteous and attentive. We were treated like VIPs throughout the stay. Our room was superb, with a great view of the bay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (where can we buy those pillows?). The room was very quiet. In many hotels, you will often hear some buzzing noise of AC (?), but not in this hotel. We particularly enjoyed our time in the guest lounge with a reading room—looking over Ago Bay at sunset and enjoying small but exquisite hors d'oeuvres (the quiche was a killer!). For non-readers, this is a romantic place to look into your lover’s eyes. I enjoyed reading, relaxing next to my husband, who was sipping wine. I couldn’t finish “Karei-naru Ichizoku” so we will come back to finish the book. It would be better if the reading room had a better selection of books both in Japanese and in English--for example, some novels set in ocean resort hotels (I can recommend some), and reading lamps (for after sunset). Our stay concluded with an amazing breakfast. Although it was called “American breakfast,” it came with soup (which tasted great) and a salad (which tasted great, too, and very very fresh—cucumbers tasted amazingly juicy). I have never had a better egg benedict! The hollandaise sauce is flavored with shrimp, elevating the egg benedict to a real French dish. Overall, this is the best place to come when you want to be pampered. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Hiogiso
4.3/511 Reviews
Hiogiso is our best memory in Japan where we stayed for 3 weeks. We loved the place, the meals, the kindness of the staff, who really took care of us and were so smiley. We slept well, the room was comfortable, well equipped and spacious. The view was also incredible. The establishment is on the water so there are lots of crabs coming and going outside, it's lovely. The meals were incredible. We really enjoyed the sunset boat trip with the owner of the establishment. A charming, very classy man who spoke English quite well. We regret not having stayed longer because there are many places to visit around. Maybe next time...
Grand Mercure Ise-Shima Resort & Spa
3.7/597 Reviews
The parking lot was very crowded, so we parked a little far from the entrance, but it would be convenient to have a cart to carry luggage in the far parking lot. The room was clean, and the view outside the window was good, so we were satisfied. The bathroom was old-fashioned. We only had breakfast, but I thought it was good that they handled it very smoothly during busy times. There was a wide variety of food, and all of it was delicious. They also had fun donuts for children, which I think would be great for families with children. I guess it hasn't been long since the hotel changed, but it comes up when you search online, but it doesn't come up on the map app, so I hope the name will appear on the map soon! There were many Phalaenopsis orchids in the lobby to celebrate the opening, but the hotel as a whole didn't seem to be displayed yet. The staff were very friendly and the service was smooth.
Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Shima Saichoraku(Old:Yukai Resort Premium Shima Saichoraku)
3.5/519 Reviews
There are premiums and cooking, but there are many chain inns that can be used by one person or family. Originally, even if it is old, it is renewed in order to maintain its own quality. I used to make a phone reservation to the center, but now it's even more convenient because I can make a reservation online. I think it will be used to it. Shima Aya Asaku 館 is not premium and is not extremely large, so there is a case where a large moving line is not required in the dining room hot spring room. There are many extravagant and luxurious oversized hotels in Ise-Shima, but it would be difficult to move around the building if it was a meal and a bath ... Previously, it was attractive to the upper floors with a good view, but It was better to have nearby facilities.
