While booking ,I was offered free amenities such as heater and geyser but at time of check in refused to provide heater, demanded additional charge ,for same complaint, geyser was not functionally well, no of times approached manager ,all in vain.In such tariff other good hotels are available in this vicinity.Room was shabby ,feels that bedsheet was not changed from long time.
