When the flight is been cancel-led initially due to bad weather, how can you expect me to come and stay. I think that way, your non-cancellation policy should have some relaxation. Its not that i didn't wanted to come. Will make sure in future to book those hotels who allows cancellations.

Room was not good so as interior is also not good. Basic amenities were also not provided. Not good as compared to the cost

Location is not so bad, old shimla connected. Food was not so good and service was also average. Rooms are so old, so over all experience was not so good as we were expecting.

Hotel staff and rooms both are good food quality also yummy nice experience in this budget
