Shimla Hotels with Airport pickup service

Booked this hotel since it is on the mall road and makes access to key tourist sites very easy. The hotel is fabulous. Our stay was very comfortable, it was nice and warm inside even with 2 degrees outside. The staff was really amazing, very welcoming, helpful and courteous. Had always wanted to stay here and finally did so. Would highly recommend it!

Amazing property with 70+ rooms. Each floor have different activity zone like kids section,table tennis,gym etc.Property is equipped with open bar and sitting area where you can enjoy live music in evening.Neat and clean rooms and centralised heating system makes your stay more comfortable. Staff behaviour was good and friendly. Couldn't find any cons yet. MUST VISIT!!!!!! Thanks Snow Valley 😊

The moment we stepped into Shimla British Resort, we were in awe of the lovely antique furniture and beautiful woodwork that gave the place a true heritage feel. The cozy bedrooms were perfect for the chilly weather, and waking up to the cool Shimla breeze was so refreshing. Babita and the team were always around to assist, making our stay all the more pleasant. A must-visit if you love history and comfort!

I have stayed in this property for four days. I had booked this property by reading the good reviews. And i must say i had never regretted my decision. Everything was above the mark. The staff were very courteous and taking care of every minute derails. I will specially like to appreciate mrs. Rekha sharma ( executive housekeeper) for her professionalism towards her work. I had left my laptop ***** with my important documents at the reception of hotel during checkout. When i reached home i found that bag was not there. I called her and immediately she responded. The very next day she had sent her person mr. Gee-eta ram sharma to the courier office which was quite far from her place. All the packing with extra care has been personally done by them. People with such attitude towards their work are very hard to find in today’s world. They are the real asset z for their organization. I wish the entire team of mrs. Relay sharma all the best. Please keep the good work.

Had a very pleasant and safe stay with my family. Good Staff behaviour and veg food is very good. Our super deluxe room was good , clean bathroom. Shimla tour plans also good. If you love walking then not a problem to reach Mall Road anytime in 15 mins. During night monkey noise.

Though a bit tough to reach the hotel using google map as its situated in a valley at Shimla, Very calm and quiet hotel, very neat rooms, each and every staff was very polite and helping with happy face, very hygenic and superb food, the Dahi Karela was to die for.. restaurant staff mr Varun was extra ordinary in rendering services to all guests.. watching IPL on the big wall was a good experience. Over all a very nice stay.. highly recommend..

I stayed here for 2 nights and the resort has exceeded my expectations in all areas. The food quality as well as quantity is very good, They always ask your preference like, Spicy or medium spicy. The staff is very humble starting from the front desk to waiters, Kictchen staff and the drivers. A special mention for Pooja at the front desk, She was very polite throughout our stay. I even forgot to bring a MEDICINE that we need on regular basis which she arranged by sending the driver since the nearest medical was 1km away. The waiter that served our room was very good & Always serverd with a smiling face, He even arranged the milk for my daughter even after the kitchen timings. The place is very quiet & surrounded with mountains, Coming from NCR we wanted to stay in a quite & Peacefull place so we decided to spend all the time in the resort rather going to the mall, Since this was not our first visit to shimla. The only drawback is the last 800 meter strech to & from resort is very steep and self driving is not recommended but to make it great experience they send their driver to pickup & drop your car free of cost, Their driver Hemant is also very humble & always smiling.You just need to call them before reaching BOILEUGANJ.
