Hotel was good but due to the rain some moisture is there and 2 -3 cockroach also seen around bed

I booked a hotel room from make my trip. When i went to the hotel they didn’t provided the room to me. As saying there is payment issues with the hotel owner and make my trip. I have waited for 2 hours as the issue is going with the hotel manager and the make my trip executive. At last i hadn’t got the hotel room. And in the last minute i went to the another hotel. Worst experience i had. I hadn’t received the refund yet from make my trip.

We stayed here last week. The room is ok but service is very worst. Don't have manners to talk . Very Bad Experience. Lots of better hotels are around with low rate and good rooms. No hot water need call continuous for hot water and they don't respond properly.
