I have zero complaints about the staff. They were fantastic even allowed me to check in a little bit early. The room itself was clean. There were no foul smelling odors in any area of the hotel that I was in. The only thing that was a little off putting was the trash on the street outside of the hotel. There was some noise from the highway but that wasn’t to loud. If I had to stay in a hotel near the Shreveport regional airport, I would definitely stay here again. This is by far the best hotel that I have stayed at near that airport.

Finding a room that’s affordable as well as safe and clean for my family of 6 is no easy task but our stay was exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was delicious both morning and the lady preparing it both days was extremely kind making sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean as well as the entire property. Should we need a room in Shreveport again we will definitely book our stay here.

This was maybe the best stay ive ever had anywhere. The employees were the nicest people and the rooms wwre clean and it was very quiet. I highly recommend this place. If im ever back.in shreveport again this will be where i stay

The whole staff was amazing. We have been here for a while due to a relocation. Belinda, at the front desk, was especially helpful, kind, and accommodating. She has made our stay very enjoyable. I never feel bad asking a question, asking for forwarded mail, or anything else. She has been awesome, and then some!

I was pleasantly surprised about my room/suite. It had all the things that make a long stay comfortable. The breakfast was good, even the omeletes. Breakfast was good. the only thing I can say was a problem was the coffee. For a real coffee drinker, it taste like hot water with color added. Other than that, I will be staying again. But will bring my own coffee.

I'm not staying at the hotel long but the people next door were so loud, they may as well have been in my room. Also the television in the room next to the bathroom doesn't work. We all tried it and couldn't get it to turn on. If I am paying this much for a hotel room for 1 night, everything should be working properly.

I booked this hotel and paid for the room almost a month in advance. I checked in via the app, I arrived tired from a long drive and the front desk told me the hotel was sold out. I said I had a reservation and was told it was canceled (my card was declined. I assume for incidentals as I had paid for the when I booked). While standing there in the lobby, a cancellaton notice came into my email. IMO, the desk didn't care, would not address my query about a refund. I booked another hotel with the same card that was allegedly declined. I will NEVER stay at this brand of hotel again. Hilton CS was helpful.
