There were 3 men drinking beer right outside the front door. When we got on the elevator, a man propositioned my daughter. The room was dingy, dark, and smelled like smoke. We left after 15 minutes. Tried to get refund from this site and the manager of hotel refused because they didn’t contact them. Absolute nightmare

This hotel is disgusting. Filthy carpets, broken furniture and the room smelled horrible. The elevator door just about knocked me over, it started closing very fast before I could exit. Left a huge bruise on my arm. This first room they gave us smelled so bad we asked to be given a different room.. The next room our key card wouldn’t unlock the door and the third room also smelled extremely musty, but we were exhausted and the room was non refundable. DO NOT STAY HERE, pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

I explained to the staff that there was a stale smell in my room. When I looked behind the dresser the next morning, the carpet and wall was molded. All I was offered was an apology for the not so great night that I spent there. To me, situations like this should be compensatory related. Not just verbal apologies.

The service was great and staff couldn't have been more friendly, the location is great and the indoor pool was just the right temp. I leave for work at 4am and the night person open the refrigerator for me so I could get some milk for my cereal, just all around nice place.
