The hotel is nothing like the pictures. No microwave or refrigerators in the rooms. Hallway stinks of smoke. Found roach in my bed when I got up. No towels.

Nasty bugs everywhere running wtr filthy ass place no SECURITY locks on door people walking thru that dont stay there JUST FUCKING FILTHY

The room are not clean. All I could could smell when I walked in the room was fabuloso cleaner , the purple one, bye the time we left, I , my wife, and all our things smelt like it. The hotel felt gritty. We paid for 2 nights, we got this hotel because it was cheap and we wanted more money to spend at the ****** and boardwalk. We were spending our four year anniversary, as get away weekend in Shreveport. We checked in 4pm sunday evening after we had adventured the boardwalk. Everything was fine apart from the smell, also let me include they didn’t have ice machines or vending machines for drinks. The next day, keep in mind our checkout was Tuesday at 11am. On 12pm Monday our toilet clogged up and an older gentleman showed up and I said I will plunge it Sir. After I plunged I looked over and the sewer was coming back up through the bath tub “a lot of sewer” I was so disgusted. I went back to the front desk , front desk said they are sending maintenance, this was a different guy. This was a younger gentleman, and I swear this guy could barely stand up or hardly talk. He must of been drunk or about too fall asleep standing up. He followed me too my room and seen and said he would fix the problem. I said ok we were going out too eat and the ******. He said it should be good by the time we come back. Before hand I also found , a small tied dollar store bag , with a strange white substance. I didn’t see it the night before , it was on the other side of my dresser.

The key card machine was not working. I waited nearly an hour to get a key to get into my room. Finally a Mtc person let me in the room. Tried again a couple hours later. A different person finally got the key card machine to work. Around 10 pm workers began laying tile in the hallway. Seemed to work late into the night. Sleep was not restful! It would have been nice if I was given an option for a different room or just to be notified. The owners are not very respectful of the folks paying to stay there.
