"We checked in quite late, around 1:30 am, and front desk staff was kindly waiting for us. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, taking no more than 2–3 minutes. The room itself was comfortable and carried a very traditional, distinctive vibe, which added to the overall charm of the place. That said, there were a few small shortcomings: we had booked for four guests, but amenities were only provided for two. The room also lacked a mini fridge/mini bar and basic toiletries like soap. For breakfast, due to our dietary restrictions, we opted for boiled eggs, which worked well since we had brought additional food with us. Overall, despite these minor issues, it was a pleasant stay with a welcoming atmosphere and kind staff."

"Fortunately, I took my parents to visit Tianzhu Mountain before the May Day holiday. I booked the hotel one day in advance. The weather was bad that day so I didn't go hiking. The room layout was different from the pictures. The parent-child room had two beds, one big and one small, but there were actually three beds. There was no sofa, table or chairs, but it didn't have much of an impact. The only problem was that the sound insulation was not very good. I could clearly hear the sound of running water up and down the stairs, but it was so tiring that it didn't affect me!"
