Aidana Plaza Hotel

Had a good stay. Hotel is well-located in the center, not far from Park Abay and the Arbat. The staff was excellent. They helped me find a power cord for my laptop and allowed me to check out a day early when I needed to. Some will have issues with the thin walls. I had a youngster in the next room screaming. And maybe with the road noise. However, I travel with a white noise machine that makes rain sounds and so was able to basically drown both noises out. My main and really only issue was the lack of air in the room. There is a window that you can open, but if it is closed, the air is hot and dry. The air conditioner/heating system seems to only make it more hot and more dry. The breakfast was pretty good. I ate both nights in the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but they were sometimes out of some things, and it is a bit expensive. Wifi worked very well. Overall, a good stay.

Great room size, the mattress was very supportive, good choice between soft and firm pillows, clean crisp bedding, good size shower with good pressure, clean floors and hallway, good selection at the breakfast buffet. Outside street noise can come into the room.
