The hotel is very close to both the ancient city of Side and the city center due to its location, which is a good opportunity for you to get out of the hotel, which is built on a relatively small area. It also provides quality accommodation. The most beautiful part of Side is its beach, so the pool inside the hotel does not appeal to me, and the pool is crowded, mostly with foreign tourists.
Clean towels are provided for the beach every day.
The staff is very polite and attentive. The a la carte restaurants are also very high quality.
The small negative comments I can make about the hotel are as follows:
1- In order to get a drink in the restaurant, you have to order from the waiters, the number of waiters is quite high, so they come to you to order, but this causes quite a crowd in the small area. Establishing a system where guests can get their own drinks could make the dining area more comfortable.
2- The umbrellas on the beach do not provide full protection from the sun, which causes sunburn rather than sunbathing, awnings are always better in this regard
3- There was no toothpaste or toothbrush for guests in the bathroom, and there was no hair conditioner (but there was shampoo and shower gel)

A wonderful vacation that truly makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is inviting, and the other guests are both high-quality and respectful, adding to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning.
There was a minor issue at the à la carte restaurant where one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting, possibly because we were local or new guests. However, this was a singular incident and not reflective of the overall excellent service we received throughout our stay. The hotel’s general quality and the warmth and professionalism of the majority of the staff really stood out and made our visit special.
Thank you very much for everything. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family. One small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the quality of the hot and cold coffee offerings. Aside from this, the food and beverages were absolutely fantastic. We look forward to our next visit!

The fact that guests keep returning to this hotel says it all. Consistently high standards, fabulous service and great food. We will be back next May to enjoy some more perfection. The promenade and beach are just outside the back gate. Each year there are small changes which only serve to enhance the experience.

Fantastic well run hotel with a very personal touch. Although the hotel was excellent in every way, I felt the beach let it down - scruffy with litter and cigarette ends on the sand. Although Side old town was beautiful, especially at night, the immediate area surroundung thr hotel was not pleasant, and I was made to feel uncomfortable by the male shopkeepers. Unfortunately, this has put me off, and I would not return.
