Zeer slecht hotel elke dag zelfde eten en koud eten heel veel bediening sla je over als Nederlandse..voor de Duitsers rennen ze ..klein bedje 140 .. niet schoon veel dingen kapot ..bij zwembad waren dr bedjes goed ook een heel vriendelijke jongen die was ook de enige voor de rest niet

Overall very good hotel. Its a bit outtdated but price and quality wise it's great. It's quite German focused so keep that in mind while visiting. The buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner is great. Lots of options to choose from. Lunch is also fine but most of the time quite the same. If you stay 7 days or longer you can make a reservation in one of the two a la carte restaurants. We did in the Italian and weren't dissapointed. Special thanks to Yasin and his amazing service. 2 pools with sunbeds and terraces are good. Only downside is that a lot of guests can't read the rules or feel like they have more rights (lol) and reserve A LOT of sunbeds early in the morning. Walk to the beach is about 5-10 minutes or you can take a shuttle. I would recommend taking some water shoes because of the rocks in the water. I was told they are old ruïns so can't do much about them. Animation team does their best to be included with the guests and take time to talk to them. Quite some activities during the day and evening with shows or games. Thanks to Mulla and his awesome energy and also thanks to Araz, you're very kind and friendly. Loved your DJ skills at the foam party. Most important part is the staff. Once they get to know you they are amazing. They do their best to make your stay a wonderfull time. Special thanks to Murat, Yusef and Nahsan from the restaurants! Tip: take the Dolmuş for €1,- p.p. to Side town. It's beautiful.

Super pobyt w hotelu. Jedzenie wyśmienite, pokoje czyste, wszyscy z obsługi bardzo mili. Hotel może i ma 25 lat ale odświeżony. Do plaży 5 minut spacerkiem ale można również podjechać busikiem hotelowym. Na plaży bardzo mało osób. Wypadało by jedynie zabrać buty do pływania ze względyu na kamieniste dno.

To był nasz pierwszy wypad do Turcji na allinclusive. Zalety: Bardzo mili kelnerzy,pokoje posprzątane ok, dobre drinki,jedzenie też nie najgorsze. Wady:Palenie papierosów szczególnie przez Niemców przy basenie,przy barze bardzo denerwujące bo nie każdy pali.Animacje i ogólny język Niemiecki,nastawieni na klientów z Niemiec , język angielski raczej w małym stopniu.Hotel w niektórych miejscach mógłby przejść remont.

I do not recommend this hotel! dirt in the rooms, dirty towels, cracked walls, not to mention the staff who know very little English, they treat you with superiority and the waiters in the restaurant look down on you, most of them only speak German, as for the food, almost every day you find the same kind of food. If you are young, I recommend you look for something else because there are only families with children and elderly people

Zunöchst einmal möchten wir unser Beileid zum Tod vom Manager, Hasan Yildirim, aussprechen ( Basiniz sag olsun ). Wir als alte Stammgäste waren immer zufrieden. Gastronomie und Service waren bisher immer gut. Das Speisenangebot reichlich. Auch die Animation und speziellen Abende waren gut. Daher würden wir dieses Hotel auch weiterempfehlen.

Hotel is ok, but not 4 star anymore. I give max 3 star. Hotel staff don’t speak good English and everyone speak Germany. instructions Is lacking because many times it is only in Germany. announcements Are mostly in Germany not always in English. Hotel have time for eating and activities but time is relevant in here. It’s not on time never. Hotel give you activity but that’s not happen. I see only two times that planing activity happen. We had a great holiday week. What friendly staff, everyone with a big smile. Pamper you through and through. nothing is too much. The girls' room is also a perfect room. Good food, a big 10

A good establishment for this price level. The bedding is of good quality, although there is a small downside to the blackout curtains in the rooms which unfortunately let in a little light but this is not very serious. The breakfast buffet is vast but lacks pastries, certainly a slightly French problem I think. Otherwise regarding lunch or evening meals, very wide choice, both starters and desserts. Ate well which is not necessarily always the case. Don't be surprised there are a lot of German tourists, but fortunately in the entertainment team there is Lamia who speaks French and who is very pleasant and helpful, really thank you to her for all the information she gave us during our stay.
