Hotel a little away from the center, plan a Tuk Tuk for your travels, spacious room, however, dilapidated bathroom in need of updating
The swimming pool is clean.

We stayed as a family of four over new year. Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. The hotel is located out of the main city's hustle and bustle but transport is just $2 and easily available. Takes barely 10 minutes to get to main pub street. The breakfast buffet is nice. Service can be a little slow but the staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are very big and clean and air-conditioning very good. So is water pressure. The pool area is nice and quiet for a good relaxing evening. But they need to get shower curtains installed in the bathroom. The shower water gets messy. They had ample of toiletries though we did not use them. There is small shop across the hotel to buy water in case you need it. They also arranged all our transportation which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Good experience in the Khemera Sovnnaphum Hotel Siem Reap Cambodia, very enjoyable with the temples tour... The staff arrange the trip with tuk Tuk and the English speaking drivers. The location is close to the city riding the tuk tuk $2 cheap price. The room is good and clean, the pool is also good and the restaurant is small but good. All good

The hotel is ok but nothing special for the amount of money. Rooms are standard but the mattress is extremely hard. Our room did not have a balcony and there are no nets on the windows, so pretty hard to open them as there were some mosquitos. The swimming pool was not well maintained and the breakfast is very limited. If you want to drink your own alcohol beverages in the common areas, you need to pay a supplement fee. There some sort of ritual area for funerals nearby and they place a constant monotone music 24/7, thus quite annoying. The massage was great but way too expensive- 30$. The hotel is located at the outskirts of the city.

From the second of arriving at this hotel it was amazing. The staff greeted us with total respect and professionalism so warm and kind . We sat and was given a fruit juice in a traditional cup and refreshing towels. we was taken to our room which was breath taking the decorations with flowers they had done for us on the bed and a bath full of lotus flowers .Each day cleaned to exceptional standard and even a breakfast box made for us to take at 4am for sunrise at temple. Every need was met from arranging tuk tuks and walking us to them covered by an umberella in rain.the manager was unbelievably friendly and excellent english speaking.Pool amazing and warm. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone wanting a rekaxing 5 star pamper in cambodia just away from the city but very cheap tuk tuk ride into city ! I had a great time. The room was a dream. Pool and gardens are truly stunning. This is truly a special place and peaceful. Amazing kind and gentle staff. Deluxe room was perfect in every details. Very romantic. Love this hotel and Highly recommends.
