Newly renovated hotel with nice public areas. Great service! Spacious rooms and quiet surroundings. Swimming pool is a great place to relax on a hot day. Very convenient to get a taxi around, there are large supermarkets, and tutu cars at the door. Airport transfer service (paid) is also very convenient. Breakfast is especially great!

I am impressed. My stay here was wonderful. The front desk staff were friendly and easy to talk with; they even made the effort to learn my name and greet me everyday.
The breakfast options were delicious having a mix of local Khmer dishes, fresh eggs, and pastry options.
The location was perfect. Situated along the main thoroughfare, it was within walking distance to the museum. For me it was also walking distance to pub street and the night market, though some might prefer tuktuk (which are readily available outside the hotel).

The staff were very friendly! The breakfast stir-fried vegetables and stir-fried noodles were delicious and the fruit was nice. However, the double bed was the size of a single bed, so I added an extra bed for $15.

Great value for money. Very clean and well equipped with amenities. The staff were polite and helpful, and we had a lot of travel advice. There is a tuk-tuk in front of the hotel. We used it many times to travel to the Angkor Wat and the city center, negotiating the fare. They accommodated all our requests.

I was waiting for a room from 10:30 to 14:00. You can leave your things in the lobby, they offer to spend time by the pool, which is nice, they treat you to a welcome drink, the staff is attentive and caring.
After a 10-hour drive from Thailand, I really wanted to take a hot shower.
Having checked into the room, I discovered that all the plumbing was broken. At the reception, they refused to change the room - a repairman came and fixed everything in 30 minutes. I asked him where the hot water was? We waited 20 minutes for someone to come and explain its absence. It turned out that there was no hot water in this room! They offered another room until tomorrow, and tomorrow they will check us into the main one.
In a temporary room with hot water it was 5+++. The chair is very dirty, with stains, with someone's hair.
The next day they offered to move to a family room on the 1st floor, hot water was temporarily lost, the furniture was clean.
There were no robes in any of the rooms, slippers were found in the 1st room.
For those who care - TV and phones do not work.
Breakfast is a small buffet + they cook eggs at will and soup of your choice. (Khmer cuisine). For me, everything was delicious, I think this is a good introduction to the local cuisine.
The staff is extremely friendly, the hall is very beautiful, the pool is pleasant, but the condition of the rooms spoils everything.
