Stayed there in the 2 bedroom family suite for about 4 nights.
Pros - Lots of places to eat, walkable to pub street, convenient access to little stores around the area. The rooms were big, the living room was big too. They had cooking utensils if you need it. The rooms and bathrooms were clean.
Cons - The inside of the entire hotel was a little dark, wish they would have had more lighting. The rooms were dark as well. There is NO microwave even though the details says that there is a microwave. Wish the fridge was a little bigger to store left over food and cold drinks. The bathrooms are open at the top of the ceiling so you can hear your other people staying with you.
Overall, it was a good place to stay.

I especially write in Turkish because a lot of Turks come to Siem Reap. Stay away from this business!!! My wife and my 3-year-old little daughter and I had to stay here because we couldn't find another place because it was high season. We paid a monthly payment and at the end of the 3rd week, we couldn't stand it any longer and left the hotel because of the disgraceful man they put in charge of the business. Mental health from sleeping alone at the reception 24 hours a day. He is a bad person who is corrupt and harms your mental health with the negative energy he spreads. I don't want to personalize his actions and attitudes by writing about them, but if a person entrusts his place to his enemy, he can only run it in this way, especially to bankrupt it. Shame on him!!!

We booked for 1 month but stayed for 3 weeks and left. I wasn't actually planning to write a comment, but the manager's rude and insincere attitude forced me to write a comment; -The pool was not cleaned for 1 month -There is only one pan in the kitchen and I think it is at least 6-7 years old. Welcome cancer... -In the morning, smoke from the chimney of the Italian restaurant next door fills the room. -The rooms are dark and there is not enough lighting -The sheets and pillowcases are stained, and cat-sized mice are crawling around where they wash and hang them. -In general, there is a big hygiene problem, we bought cleaning supplies from the nearby market and cleaned our room ourselves. -Television and air conditioning controls do not work, the television in the bedroom does not work. As a hotel owner myself, the last thing I can say is that it is not a place to stay for a long time, it is a business with potential due to its building and location, but unfortunately it has been entrusted to the wrong hands.
