The environment is beautiful, and it is refreshing to have breakfast in the courtyard every morning. The swimming pool is clean, and there is also a massage pool. The room is large and clean. The staff is warm and considerate. I will stay here again when I come to Siem Reap next time!

The best location in recent years. Spacious, clean rooms in a beautiful setting. In the middle of the city as if you were in nature. Close to the center and yet quiet.

We loved staying at the Urban Hotel! The room was comfortable- the beds were perfect! The bathroom was also lovely. A great shower and nicely decorated. But perhaps the best part of our stay was the friendliness of your staff. They were so accommodating to our every need. We got time to enjoy the pool and we loved our breakfast. We will highly recommend this to any fro mds heading to travel to Siem Reap.

Hotel vicinissimo al centro, durante il check in in tarda serata (camera prenotata solo poche ore prima) ci hanno accolto molto premurose e attente, soprattutto la signorina Ra. Le stanze sono ampie, pulite e nuove. Il letto è comodissimo. Ti forniscono acqua gratuitamente. La colazione americana e dolce costa 7$ ed è molto buona. Alla reception sono sempre sorridenti! Super consigliato!!

I'm from Indonesia, I booked 2 night. The hotel arrange tutu for me to Angkor wat and floating village. Day 1 was good, but on second day it was terrible. Mr Bee took me to the floating village. I really don't know I have paid 25$ per person. Why he doesn't tell me before I go? It's crazy. After the tour he talk about transportation to the airport and he charge me 45$, I said no. I never got experience like this before.

The hotel offers a serene escape from the bustling city, yet it’s just a 5-minute walk to Pub Street and the lively areas of town. The gardens and grounds are immaculate, providing a peaceful atmosphere that’s truly refreshing. The pool was an absolute highlight, offering a wonderful retreat from the heat after a day of sightseeing. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. However, the standout feature of our stay was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our time at The Urban Siem Reap and would 1000% stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Siem Reap!

From check in to check out the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cold towels upon return to the hotel each day was a nice touch. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. The area was great for walking to pub street and easily exploring the night markets.

The hotel has a very relaxed and chill vibe. Its an open concept kind of hotel. The restaurant and reception are set in an outdoors kind of area with fresh air. Lots of greenery. For checking in, you will be brought to a sitting area, served some yummy cold drink and a cold towel. 1 of the staff then will seat with you and will check you in, provide some info on Siem Reap, activities and answer any questions you have then bring you to your room. Room is simple but comfortable and clean. Wifi is strong. Breakfast is ALA carte if you wish to have it at the restaurant. We also enjoyed the complimentary daily tea time where they served you tea from a few selections and some snacks. It's a good way to enjoy some siesta time amidst the heat. Staffs were helpful and friendly, helping us to book bus tickets to Phnom Penh, assisting us with our trip to Angkor Wat as well as answering any queries we have. For Muslims, there is a mosque 5 mins away and a couple of halal restaurants along that stretch. The hotel is in a convenient area, 5 to 10 mins walk to many shops and the markets, restaurants. Just note that this hotel is really among nature so bumping to insects is expected. Just wish they can have iron and ironing board on hand in case any guests need it. I was told they do not have it when I asked for it.

What a fantastic hotel - we stayed for two nights as a family of five. The accommodation was clean, the staff welcoming and the hotel provided an oasis in the busy town. They have spent time thinking about the surroundings with a beautiful garden and pool area. Fresh flowers everywhere!! The hotel arranged our transport to Angkor Wat and travel too and from the airport. All great. Highly recommend you stay here
